The company owner, Jason, is indeed a very rare skilled tradesman who specializes in metal work. My wife and I looked on Home Advisor, and through other trade referral sources for nearly a year. We received proposals from 4, each with a different approach and with a spread of cost between them of about 400%. Jasonâ s proposal was second lowest in cost but was by far the most through in the scope of work to be done. Our project involved removing and rewrapping aluminum fascia and soffit around the entire house, which is a 1939 one and a half story St. Louis â gingerbreadâ house. Jason delivered a candid proposal outlining material and labor costs. He worked the project by himself from 7am to 5pm over 3.5 days. He produced a flawless work product, on time, without surprises, and at the proposed cost. In short, if you want a simple project blown out of proportion with ridiculous costs, donâ t call Jason. If you want your project done with the same care and consideration like you would give the project yourself, if you had the skills, then hire Jason. I canâ t express enough how happy we are with his work.
