This company gave me a good roof. They painted a rosy picture of the possibility of insurance reimbursement and went up on the roof to do a detailed review of the damage. However, they told me my insurer (Allstate) had a poor record on reimbursement Ultimately, I got $691 (after my deductible), which was laughable given the price of the job. I have five skylights, which they said needed to be replaced. They provided skylights that did not open in place of 4 opening skylights complete with screens. I was disappointed, but the skylights were already installed before I realized they were different from what I had. My greatest disappointment is that the two skylights in the living room cathedral ceiling do not match. One is like all the other ones they installed, but the second is an opening skylight (go figure)which looks completely different from the other one. The glass surface is smaller because there is more trim, and you can look up at the two skylights and see that they are different. I told them at the walk-through that this was not acceptable and asked that the different skylight be replaced with a matching one. The project manager was not happy but said he would talk to his boss about what could be done. I paid for the job because I am an honest and trusting person, and I thought they would accept responsibility for their error and fix it. They have done nothing and have made no contact with me about their error. It looks terrible, and I am very unhappy with it. There is no good excuse for two skylights on the same plane in one room not to match. I will have to pay someone to come and replace the skylight that does not match. This colored the whole job for me. I got very little insurance reimbursement, and they botched the skylight installation. I got a good roof, I am sure, but I believe I paid a premium price, and I am not a satisfied customer.

Argueta was fantastic in replacing our roof and gutters. All aspects of the project were handled in a professional manner from initial meeting to pre-construction/material delivery to the actual work/clean up and follow up inspection. Price and quality outstanding.

I had a great experience from start to finish with this company. Adhemar was great. I called him to come to evaluate and to estimate the cost of my roof. He came the next day and took very good details pictures of my roof and explained to me very thoroughly. As far as the estimate cost, they were not the cheapest among the quotes that I had from other company. The reason I hired them for the job is because of their service. They always responded to me promptly and very quickly when In called. It took about a week from the day I got my quote and scheduled to finish the my new roof. Adhemar was very helpful and worked with me until our agreement is met. The cruised was excellent. They were very efficient and worked very hard. They cleaned everything pretty good after the roof being replaced. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work. Hopefully, I will not have any problems regardless of the quality and workmanship

I had roof damage due wind and rain. My insurance company was very set in providing the minimal amount to repair the roof. The sales manager worked with me in dealing with my home insurance understand the true extent of damage as well as understand the difference between what a reputable company would do versus what any service provider would do. It helped them understand. Once that issue was resolved, my roof was replaced in a matter of hours and I am satisfied with the work. Thank you Argueta

Work was done fast and professional

Fast, reasonably priced and accommodating with my timeframe in replacing a roof for our shed. However, the roof came out a bit curved up at the ends and not straight. Hopefully after the shingles settle down in time it will be straight.
