Aria Alfresco, LLC

The process was like night and day between Aria and the 4 other companies we interviewed. Aria had a professional full color plan. The other landscapers were hand drawn. The guys did a wonderful job turning the design into a beautiful landscape. Thank you Aria Alfresco!

The good reviews are old. Angie with the right time may have been good, but Angie left the company in fall /2021. Aria is responsive and accessible during the sales stage. What they do not tell you is you are in contact with the sales/project people to prevent you from contacting the office and the owner or any other point of escalation. You will never be able to contact anyone at Aria besides the one person who sells you the job. Seems fine at first, except when they continually make promises they do not keep, do not show when they say they will, etc. Your contact person will blame the workers, the office, and the owner and become suddenly helpless and out of control of anything to get your job done right and timely. A totally different tone from the sales part when they are saying confidently what they can do, how things will get done, etc. My contact has told me over a dozen times they will come the next day or that week to finish my job, and has been saying that for months. It is always, and let me call the office and see what we can do, but then I will get no real answers and no real progress is made. Their worker brought a fryer to the site to cook lunches and has left a huge grease stain in my cement that they have not removed. They have left the piping on the water feature they have made faulty and subject to running and pooling water that makes the electrical short out, so we have not even been able to use the feature that cost thousands of dollars to have installed. Every week there are promises of getting things wrapped up, but here we are in winter now without our job completed. They shoot blank after blank. Arias office and owner are uncaring and unprofessional. The only times they have been timely and direct are when it is time to get a check. Schedules are free and clear to come get money when money is due, but otherwise it takes weeks and weeks to make little progress on the job they have sold and promised. Find a company that has been professional despite the pandemic!

Hired this company in July 2021 for a project in excess of $40k. The project has not been finished and can get no response from anyone in the company. Apparently, some personnel changes in the company and they have completely stopped responding to any inquiries. I strongly recommend AGAINST doing business with them.

We had an all-around positive experience with Aria (Angie, Israel and Team) and would certainly recommend them! We had a large stamped concrete patio & walkway, large water feature, putting green, several trees/tall grasses and other misc landscaping work performed. The crew began work immediately after we committed to the project, worked every day that they could (barring weather) and was extremely customer satisfaction focused. Angie and the Crew listened and offered suggestions during the entire project, while allowing us to make minor changes/ improvements along the way. Appreciate the flexibility! Also, the renderings provided of the work to be done we're extremely helpful and professionally created (I was very impressed). Thanks for everything!

Excellent customer service while working with Angie Damon from design, edit and implementation. She has excellent ideas and vision. Timely response to any inquiries. She worked with our HOA for approval and follow up. The team were hard workers. Very pleased with the result.

We had Aria redo our backyard. Main features were a fire pit and multi-level waterfall. The entire process was very easy and was kept well informed along the way. Minor changes requested during the process were handled promptly and without complaint. We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend Aria Alfresco for your landscaping needs.

Aria Alfresco redesigned our builder installed landscaping. The project included fencing, removal of some grass areas, creating berms, installing rocks and boulders, flagstone pavers, artificial turf dog run, stone faced planter boxes and irrigation. The project was well designed and managed by Angie and the crew really knew what they were doing and worked well together..

We hired Aria Alfresco to completely rebuild our backyard, and we could not have been happier with the experience and the finished product. Our yard has been completely transformed into an outdoor oasis, including a paver patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, artificial turf, and bubbling rocks, all for less than most contractors quoted us. After interviewing almost 10 different contractors, we decided to go with Aria primarily because of Angie, one of the company's designers/project managers. Angie worked with us to develop a design that incorporated our vision and kept our budget in mind, and the company provided a design at no charge, along with a detailed line by line estimate, which surprisingly some companies don't provide. After signing the contract, the crew got to work almost immediately. Big shout out to Armando, Danny, Jose, Eduardo, and Eli, who brought our vision to life. We were amazed by how well the crew worked together and with the speed and quality of their work. Thank you for the awesome backyard!

Good job, just took a while. I was flexible on time tho

We recently hired Aria for a backyard landscaping project. The project included sod, rock beds, planting bushes and upgrading our sprinkler system. The landscaping team did an amazing job. We would recommend them to family and friends.

Aria did a great job for our backyard landscaping. Our project manager Angie is very professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. She visited us several times to take our feedback back to the designers at the office to make sure our needs and budget expectations are met. The crew did a fast and beautiful job. They are hard-working too and spent at least 8 hours a day at our property and were able to finish off just in a few days. They also accommodated to our payment preference and provide options and plans. We are happy with Aria.

I bought the new built house with a big backyard. I want flagstone patio and grass area so my kids can play. I called about 5 landscape companies about this big project. I told them what I want and need for my backyard. I decided to hire Aria Alfresco to do my big and beautiful project. Angie, Designer from Aria Alfresco, gave me more great ideas to fit my budget and make my backyard looks more nature. I am a visual person. So she drew out the whole colorful design for me to look. Suddenly, I fell in love right away and could not wait until the project to start and finish. As the project completed and met the deadline, I totally loved it and was really really really happy about it. I made the right decision for my big project. Angie is really nice and amazing person. She is really patient and helpful throughout the whole project. She is always available when you need her. She is also willing to go extra steps to make sure you are happy with your landscape. I really recommend Aria Alfresco for your beautiful landscape project. It is all worthy for your times and money. Love it.

Our whole backyard space turned out just perfect for us and for that kind of work, it didn't cost nearly as much as we thought. They revised and reworked the plan to fit our budget. Really took the time to understand what elements were important to us so we would end up with the project we wanted. The Initial work activities were slower than promised due to several jobs starting at the same time and a shortage of available crews. This resulted in an overall project duration that was longer than anticipated. The work did speed up though and the work was completed by the time we actually needed it. They were responsive to addressing punch list items. We were very happy with Angie as she really tried to keep things moving forward and in the end made sure the punch list was addressed. Rob was very good with seeing the potential in our yard and coming up with a project that met our budget. We are very happy with our overall project and absolutely love our water feature that is the focal point of the yard.

It took almost 14 hours to complete what should have been a 4-6 hour job (and I had to help with most of the work to get it done before dark). The worker, Jim Martin did not have money to put gas in his truck to go to the hardware store to buy supplies so I had to pay $37.50 to fill his truck for which I was never reimbursed. Repair of the lawn sprinkler back-flow valve was done incorrectly (it leaked water) and it took over 3 weeks for someone else to come to the house to repair it. Even after the second worker repaired the valve, he forgot to glue some of the piping and I ended up having to purchase the glue and cleaner and fixing it myself. I contacted Ron, the owner of Aria Alfresco about getting someone to come finish the job, that I paid for, correctly and was told Ron himself would send someone out to finish the job. That was 3 weeks ago and I still havent had anyone show up!!! Overall, I would not recommend Aria Alfresco for any jobs. When a contractor says they are going to do a job and I pay for it, my expectation is that the job will be done correctly, in a timely manner and with competent employees. I also expect the contractor to stand behind; any work he does and to make things right; when the job is done incorrectly. Aria Alfresco does neither!!!

Never hire Aria! You will regret it. They cannot build anything plumb, level or square no matter how many times they rebuild it. they are completely incompetent. The only thing that exceeds their incompetence is their dishonesty. The crews built walls in the wrong place then rebuilt them in a different wrong place. then rebuilt them in the right place but crooked. then rebuilt them again and they are still crooked. The owner came to my house, looked at the shoddy work, looked me in the eye and promised me he would make it right. he lied. my project should have taken three weeks. it has been 11 weeks and they still are not complete, and they pulled off the job. they originally planted 9 trees two died. they replaced 18 foot trees with 12 foot trees and one of them died. one of the trees is dead on the top which is a very bad sign. One of the trees has fungus and dead leaves everywhere. the materials they brought to the job were incorrect from the beginning. 10 inch block with 8 inch caps. these could not possible work for the configuration of walls I needed. They built the stairs out of code despite of my asking for permits and a stair plan before they built them. Now they are built but cannot pass code or an inspection. They billed me for change orders I did not approve as called for in the contract. Now, even though they are not done by any stretch of the imagination, they triggered the arbitration clause of the contract to get paid for incomplete work, unapproved change order work and out of square, plumb and level work. by far the absolute worst contractor EVER! Throw your money away before hiring Aira at least you will have less aggravation.

Aria Alfresco is just as horrible as a contractor could be. They sent a completely incompetent crew who didn't have a clue how to do our patio. They left the work half finished, and then disappeared for many weeks, leaving a dumpster in our driveway, a bunch of sand and cement blocking the street, and huge swaths of our yard all torn up. They even tore out a tree we'd said we wanted to keep. We went for months not able to use the door to our patio and back yard. The crew tried TWICE to build a short stairway they tore out their first attempt, and finally abandoned the project with their second "stairway" just an unstable pile of bricks, completely unusable. We called, over and over, and Aria Alfresco wouldn't return our calls; we'd email, and get no answer. Finally, we had to hire another company to tear out a lot of what Aria Alfresco had done, and do the project the way it should have been done in the first place. Unbelievably bad; even HALF a star is overrating them.

The work they did was great. The communication of the manager was very good also.

The project involved design and complete overhaul of both my back and front yard. I had no real plan in mind so we started from scratch with a design first and Dwight was really helpful with his recommendations and multiple visits to my house to complete the plan. I work full time and he was great about coming over after work and on weekends to go through it. Once the project started, the crew was great--they worked extremely hard, showed up when they were supposed to and completed the project faster than expected. The follow up and communication with my project manager, Janice, has been fantastic. I have a relatively small yard and Aria Alfresco completely transformed it, with all new plantings, new flagstone wall, and replacing the old cement path with a beautiful flagstone one. I am very happy with my project. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their work and for their outstanding customer service and follow through.

This company was really great to work with. They did everything they said they would do plus more. They were always on time and had the job completed in a timely manner. The follow up has been great too. They offered a fair price for the work they did. I would highly recommend them.
