I had a great experience with Aries. I had my chimney cleaned and the estimate was exactly what they were going to charge me even though they installed a cap which was not in the original estimate. I am very satisfied with the experience.

Mr. Moran did the job in a technically competent manner. He produced quality results. My displeasure with him relates to the handling of the financial charges. He charged $75 up front to take the unit to his shop. That seems fair. Then, however, he telephoned that an additional $300 was required to cover the work he had performed. He has not submitted an estimate of these costs. The total job involved simply recharging the coolant in a refrigeration unit on a small wine cooler. I had a recharge with additonal repairs done on a similar cooler last year for less than half what Mr. Moran charged. He finally agreed to reduce his fee by $100, but complained bitterly while doing so. It could have been a favorable business transaction had Mr. Moran been more forthcoming about the cost and not attempted to openly exploit the situation to his advantage.
