I had a serious rat infestation at a rental unit (2 neighbors did also). Contacted 4 exterminators for estimates. Aries was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But I was impressed with the thoroughness of owner Kevin inspection of the problems (he was the ONLY one who actually found a rat in the attic), plus his policies of no payments until ALL the rats are dead and the house is sealed against new entry, unlimited returns to change traps (others capped it at 2 or 3 trips), and an inexpensive 2-year warranty. All these made the total cost of extermination maintenance quite reasonable compared to others. It took him about 3 weeks to trap 31 rats inside the house, and kill dozens more with baits outside around the perimeter. He was responsive and courteous to the tenant during this process. I would use Aries again (but I hope I never have to!).

We loved how they are very understanding about covid19 since our son a very high risk. They made sure to follow the rules we had. They also explained what they were doing so we would understand. They also never pressure you into any other services if you don't need it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.
