During our bathroom and basement remodel Victor & Nickolie failed us at every turn. We hired the to design and redu our basement with a positive start at the beginning. After a few weeks of being stood up with little to no communication, our project begin experiencing major delays and change orders that nearly doubled the cost of the original quote. Victor is not an experienced contractor as we unfortunately found out the hard way. He also burned basically every contractor on our project who the filed liens on our property. Stay far clear from this so called ?company?

We had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Victor from Arise Constructions. From the beginning, Victor promised my wife and me the world regarding our concrete work?timelines, quality, and reliability all sounded great. Based on those promises, we moved forward and sent a significant deposit. In fact, we wired him a bank deposit more than once. After receiving the money, communication quickly declined and then stopped altogether. Victor ultimately disappeared and never performed the agreed-upon work or returned our funds. This experience left us out a substantial amount of money and forced us to restart the project with someone else. We trusted Victor and Arise Constructions, and that trust was completely broken. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company to anyone considering construction or concrete work. You will be scammed and left empty handed and beyond disappointed. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Hiring Victor Luciano of Arise Construction for a home addition in Englewood turned out to be one of the worst decisions we?ve ever made. What was supposed to be a simple addition became a drawn-out, chaotic, and frankly dangerous project. The job was marred by unqualified subcontractors who had no idea what they were doing. The electricians were unlicensed and performed unsafe, substandard work that we later had to pay someone else to fix. The plumbers barely spoke English, which made communication extremely difficult and caused repeated mistakes and delays. Even more concerning were the "gauge members" (or individuals claiming to be workers) who showed up carrying weapons ? an absolutely unacceptable and frightening situation for any homeowner. Safety was clearly not a priority for this company. Victor Luciano showed a complete lack of oversight and professionalism throughout the entire process. DO NOT HIRE Arise Construction. I am an HVAC contractor and Colorado Native. Victor hired us to do 3 separate HVAC projects. He kept adding change orders on the project after the agreed contract, and then flat out burned us by ignoring us when it came time to pay. We passed all of our inspections with flying colors and he had absolutely no reason to burn us. We had to file liens on every property. He goes through contractors like crazy, then doesn't pay them for their work once it's completed, even though he collects his full payment from the customer. He does not have any solid contractors, he hires immigrants advertising on craigslist for bottom dollar with the intention to not pay them their money once the work is done. This also affects the quality of projects that he does because he finds the cheapest bidder to start and complete the projects, and never pays them when it's complete. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I knew owning a 111-year-old house would come with challenges and big projects, so I was not surprised when the inspector labeled the bowing and insufficient rafters in my attic as my new top priority. After way too many phone calls to businesses that didn't even listen to my description of the issue before telling me to just find a roofer, I finally found Arise Constructions. They were the only company who listened to my whole explanation of the issue instead of dismissing me in the first few seconds. Victor was immediately enthusiastic about the project, being both reassuring that it could be fixed and up-front that it could take a lot of work, depending on what else was affected. He later had no hesitation in bringing in a second structural engineer when I was concerned about the cost and extent of the first engineerâ s suggested fix. The second proposal was a creative solution that better aligned with my goal of maintaining the existing structure as much as possible, so we got started soon after. The project felt organized from start to finish: I had a general timeline, frequent pictures, and near-daily conversations about progress and next steps. Between Victor, Pepe, and Todd, someone from Arise Constructions was here nearly every day work was being done to ensure everything was on-track and up to their companyâ s high standards. The few issues that arose were brought to me and dealt with immediately. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond in their own way, even helping me with a separate minor issue that happened to pop up while they were here. I will definitely be reaching out to Victor again once I'm ready to do more.

We have done a couple of projects with Victor and Arise Constructions. The first project was a significant remodel of the downstairs bathroom including relocating the laundry to the basement. With the mother-in-law moving in with us we had to ensure the bathroom was ADA compliant. Victor was great with suggestions on how to get the various handles installed and secure. Victor showed his patience when we went granite shopping. It was one of those youâ ll know it when you see it excursions. Victorâ s team was great about coming in and getting things done. Any issues that arose were explained clearly. The second project was a handicap ramp to allow my mother-in-law easy access to the house. We were meeting to discuss the project when Victorâ s crew saw my mother-in-law struggling to get out the door. They told Victor we needed to get this project complete as soon as possible and worked through their weekend to completion. Victorâ s suggestions gave us an aesthetically pleasing ramp on the front of our house. Throughout both projects, whether by phone or in person, Victor was very good at keeping in communication. He would regularly stop by to check on progress and address any concerns that arose. Sharing our excitement as the project moved along, he would have good suggestions when the original plan had to be adjusted. We highly recommend Arise Constructions for any remodeling projects.
