Justin did a thorough, professional job of inspecting my entire 2000 sq ft townhome, including the attic, for any sign of termites. He determined that the debris I saw that caused me to call for the inspection was due to ants, not termites. I was pleased with his work.

Initial evaluation by owner George 2 days prior to treatment. Arrived 40 mins late but was respectably apologetic, and professional. He recommended the 'no tent' process and thoroughly explained what was involved. I had never heard of it before, and was happy to know that we did not have to leave the house during treatment. Technician Damian did the job today. Arrived on time. Very professional and personable. Took the time to explain the process in easy to understand terms. Left the place neat. Quite pleased with service.

Arista is a local family owned business. The owner did the inspection and estimate. The owner and the technician were professional and the price was lower than others. I am going to use them for yard pest control also.

Technician was late and seemed rushed as he had another appointment after ours that had been scheduled for 2 hours. After he left I found that he had not cleaned up where he had drilled into door framed to inject chemical. He did fill the holes but left the drill saw dust on the floor by each door frame. Where I did not find saw dust on the floor I think he missed the door frames.

They were very prompt and conscientious about the work being done. Also, very personable to work with.

They stayed less than 1 hour and made $800. Do it yourself and save the money. This is a racket and I did not want to argue with them You can buy professional products online and do it yourself.

George was very helpful and knowledgeable and followed through as far as the termites were concerned. I also contracted him for unexpected rodent removal but his anticoagulant method ended up leaving a dead rat in the roof. When asked to come back and inspect he blamed my tenants for possibly setting their own bait which they denied and said he didn't want to go back that night. Per the tenant request I did end up contracting with another pest removal company to inspect and remove the offending dead rodent who also sprayed/disinfected the roof area of the odor. George called me back within hours of my submitting a request. He was out the next day, explained everything to us and had the house and yard treated within an hour. It is now 48 hours later and I have only seen a handful of live ants inside (our problem had gotten pretty bad) and two almost dead palmetto bugs on the patio, which means the spray worked as they came out of where they were hiding to die. Very satisfied at this point.
