I had a 6'x6' mirror on the wall above my double sinks that was coming loose. Brian contacted me right away and was at my house 4 hours later. he evaluated the problem, removed the mirror in tact, glued the wall and replaced the original mirror in under an hour. I thought his price was very fair and he was a very likeable guy. I would be happy to recommend him and may use him for some window installation in the future.

The glass doors were just completed and installed Tuesday, Nov. 3. Excellent experience ! They came to preview the damage, kept me abreast of the installment date, called when the wrong doors were ordered by the manufacturer and set the time for eventual delivery. From beginning to end a good experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you.

Fast , fair, excellent repair! I broke two window paynes from my french style window! They were able to come out the same day and replace the glass without a hitch! Can't even tell where he repair was done! Thanks Artizan glass!

This company was very prompt and attentive. They came the same day to give an estimate. He replaced our window with a plywood board for an appropriate amount. The glass was installed within a week I would recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service that I received. They were courteous, prompt, and installed my windows expertly.

A little pricey but both windows match the color of the other panes (very important). The stationary window turned out good and it looked like it was hard to change. However, the horizontal slider made a noise and didn't slide as easily as it used to. I removed the slider and found a corner piece of metal bent such that it appeared to be dragging. In addition, when I had the window out I found that there was about a 1.5" gap where the weather strip was pushed all the way in. Not very noticable when the window is installed but was when I had it out. The glass shelf that he made turned out very nice.

I live out of state and arranged my glass repair from Illinois. Everything went very well. I am well satisfied.

Brian responded to my call immediately and came out that same day to measure the window and give me an estimate. He ordered the window, notified me when it was available, and installed it the next day. The repair was completed quickly and very well done.
