They changed me 1400.20 and basically replaced the heater and fixed one tube. My tub is still leaking but it is hot water now.

"Had asked for follow-up as to how the leak repair worked, but did not hear back. Contacted multiple times to have a time to come out to repair the leak, but have not heard a response. Our aim is to have satisfied customers that can enjoy their working equipment!"

Ron is quick and thorough. He dealt with the actual problem and gave advice so I could take care of some others on my own. He even threw in some spare parts he had laying around and did not nitpick the invoice with extra costs. I'd hire him back again for sure. Bonus: my wife said he and his crew were a pleasure to have around.

"The job was only a preliminary diagnosis and the pool heater was installed incorrectly by a novice who did not know enough to do the job correctly and therefore it failed. The owner was to contact us as to how to proceed and did not. The gas meter and gas line are too small to operate this heater properly and therefore the exchanger is sooting up and flue gases are extremely hot which opened the heat sensor and shut down the heater. The age of the heater is not relevant. It is a faulty installation."

Twice I have called Arizon with the expectation of hiring Jim to come out and help solve some nagging issues with my spa. Both times he spent upwards of 20 minutes on the phone with me offering suggestions to try before I spend the money to have him come out. Both times we were able to solve the issue over the phone. So to say I am happy with his service is an understatement. I haven't paid him a dime yet but will continue to call him in hopes of repaying him for his help.
