If I could give zero stars, I would. What should have been a simple washer repair turned into weeks of frustration, missed work, and complete disregard for my time. I initially contacted the manufacturer in mid-March and was given an appointment just two days later?only to be told by the service vendor that it wasn?t actually confirmed. That set the tone for everything that followed. After waiting another week, I was finally given a vague 8?12 appointment window. By 12:30, after hearing nothing, I had to reach out myself?only for them to show up 30 minutes later with zero communication or courtesy notice that they were running behind. They made a minor adjustment and ordered a part, instructing me to notify them when it arrived. I did exactly that?it showed up just two days later. From there, the experience somehow got worse. I spent another week chasing them down just to get scheduled, and they don?t even ask for your availability?they simply dictate a time and expect you to accom

does not show when scheduled does not call when he is not going to show when he does show he does not call to say he is there when he shows he does not have the parts to fix what he is supposed to fix even when he knows what he has to do asked for a bill several times never got one, also never got my dryer fixed after 3-4 weeks of messing around with him
