Terrible from start to finish. I found Luke on Angi's list, and chose him because he said he could start the project that weekend, but after I paid a deposit Luke told me everything was on backorder for multiple months. Finally got to the installation part nearly 2-months later and Luke was beyond rude the entire time, criticized my home for hours, USED THE N-WORD in my house, charged me additional money the day of, and installed broken parts throughout the bathroom. I complained about the broken parts and he tried to convince me they were not broken. Finally, he said he would replace them and that he would come and replace them. That never happened, he just kept telling me the parts were coming or back-ordered. Best of all he called me about a month after the project was "done" to tell me he accidentally used my credit to pay for his health insurance?!?! I would advise hiring a chimp over Luke at Arizona Commerical. Worst and most unbelievable experience of my entire life

Luke did a great job scheduling in workers as needed to get the project completed. The quality of all the work was excellent. It was a good sized project where a tiny corner shower was eliminated and turned into a closet and a bathtub was removed and replaced with a walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile and a glass door

This was not an easy project because of the limited space allowed for the new water heater. Luke went the extra mile searching for the correct water heater for us. Luke is pleasant, efficient and professional and I positively recommend his services.

You will see a trend in previous reviews with Arizona Commercial Plumbing, highly recommend! There is a gentleman by the name of Luke. He is the Man that makes it happen! From the beginning Luke hit on all his deliverables. Lukes ability to communicate effectively and deliver on the "dream" we envisioned in the beginning of the project far exceeded my expectations. The professionals Luke has on this team were all at his level and I would hire any one of them 100 times over. Every day I look at my shower and just cant believe its real. Pricing was competitive and the quality and effort rivaled the best. I would comfortably refer or use these guys anytime! I have the picture to prove an amazing product. Professional and finished project quickly

Luke was very prompt in response to my home advisor request/search. His call was all but immediate (I took a few days to return his call) He was very professional in his expertise over the phone and in person. He did what he said he would do when he said he d do it, even on a Sunday and the hottest day of the year. I couldn t be happier with his work, it speaks for itself.

Had a bathtub converted into a shower. Luke did an amazing job converting into a marble shower. Did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Always an A+ on communication as well. Workers were all extremely polite and respectful & cleaned up after every portion of the job. Great company to work with - no regrets whatsoever. Extremely happy with the our new shower.

Not enough room to list everything that went wrong. I asked Luke if he had experience in removing bath tub and replacing with a walk in shower. He said he did, but now I question that, based on my experience. I was promised niches, deco band, etc. I was being talked out of things at every turn. I experienced wrong body spray placement, glass shower enclosure too short and not enclosed enough, have to wipe up water after every shower. Chunk missing from shluter, was told to color it in with marker. Asked three times for body spray height, then put them in a completely different height and could not change. Tile guys couldn't do niches because they claimed not to know where the plumbing was. Left fixture choices up to Luke, chose the cheapest ones available. Installed controllers upside down. Forgot my wand. Mislocated my "rain" shower head. Took more than 2 months to fix. No water pressure control for my body sprays EVER. Would not allow tilers to extend tile another 12 inches because it wasn't in the bid. Refused to itemize the bid. Called every day for month making up an excuses why he couldn't come and finish the job. Placed UGLY white plastic collar around my shower neck when rest of shower is brushed nickel. It brings me to tears almost every time I use it. I saved for two years to do this project and hate myself for choosing this contractor. All this pain and misery cost me almost $16K to boot. This experience was so horrendous I've vowed to NEVER use Home Advisor again. I waited more than month to place this review hoping I'd feel differently but I don't. I feel duped and taken advantage of.

The billing is a little unorthodox. He asked for money during various phases of the project without submitting an invoice. He asked to have the check made out to him personally rather than to the company. But the contractors did a beautiful job. The shower looks awesome.

Lead Luke always called and/or showed up on time every time. Called when needed to cancel. Sub-contractors also on time every time, all professional, knowledgeable, on time, removed debris, answered all my questions. End result master shower looks amazing! Installed grab bar, new fixtures + 3 shelves, new doors/flooring + marble. Great job! Thanks!

Got out fast, did a pro job and installed tub and tile in a few days. Satisfied with the product and price

Even though the shower floor had to be worked on twice, the second time around, all issues were addressed and fixed. Communication and organization between workers was lacking since it took a few tries to have them come out the second time. Very glad they followed through with fixing everything.

Arizona Commercial Plumbing did a half bathroom remodel for me. Converting a shower to a closet and tub to large shower. They did an amazing job. Luke the contractor was very professional. What I liked most was the constant feedback I received. I would highly recommend them.

Arizona Commercial Plumbing converted a walk-in shower in our master bathroom to a roll-in shower to accommodate my wheelchair-bound wife. Luke and his team were a pleasure to work with. The beautiful new shower reflects the professionalism and attention to detail shown by each member of the team. We could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Arizona Commercial Plumbing and Luke for any similar project.

This is a great company. I would recommend him for any project he is a very honest man. He made sure traffic did not mess up the floor. The prepping and clean up after they were done was really good. Each group of people he subcontracted were wonderful and they did great on prepping and clean up on their part as well. My roll in shower is wonderful!

Luke and AZ Commercial Plumbing did a great job remodeling my shower. They provided an estimate, answered all my questions and did exactly what they said they would do.

We hired Luke and his company to replace our shower. He found an open drain in the center and a crater in the concrete. He was able to fix everything to code and completed the project in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Luke!

The craftsmanship was excellent.

Great contractor! Hired them to redo master bathroom shower due to black mold issue. Very reasonable cost and got the project done is a week. Also, Luke (contractor) was very on top of everything. Highly recommend.
