Terrible from start to finish. I found Luke on Angi's list, and chose him because he said he could start the project that weekend, but after I paid a deposit Luke told me everything was on backorder for multiple months. Finally got to the installation part nearly 2-months later and Luke was beyond rude the entire time, criticized my home for hours, USED THE N-WORD in my house, charged me additional money the day of, and installed broken parts throughout the bathroom. I complained about the broken parts and he tried to convince me they were not broken. Finally, he said he would replace them and that he would come and replace them. That never happened, he just kept telling me the parts were coming or back-ordered. Best of all he called me about a month after the project was "done" to tell me he accidentally used my credit to pay for his health insurance?!?! I would advise hiring a chimp over Luke at Arizona Commerical. Worst and most unbelievable experience of my entire life

Very nice people to work with. Eager to please. Copy is very busy...spreading the manager thin! Project is not quite finished, for final rating. Tile team is excellent!!!

Luke did a great job scheduling in workers as needed to get the project completed. The quality of all the work was excellent. It was a good sized project where a tiny corner shower was eliminated and turned into a closet and a bathtub was removed and replaced with a walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile and a glass door

This was not an easy project because of the limited space allowed for the new water heater. Luke went the extra mile searching for the correct water heater for us. Luke is pleasant, efficient and professional and I positively recommend his services.

You will see a trend in previous reviews with Arizona Commercial Plumbing, highly recommend! There is a gentleman by the name of Luke. He is the Man that makes it happen! From the beginning Luke hit on all his deliverables. Lukes ability to communicate effectively and deliver on the "dream" we envisioned in the beginning of the project far exceeded my expectations. The professionals Luke has on this team were all at his level and I would hire any one of them 100 times over. Every day I look at my shower and just cant believe its real. Pricing was competitive and the quality and effort rivaled the best. I would comfortably refer or use these guys anytime! I have the picture to prove an amazing product. Professional and finished project quickly

Luke was very prompt in response to my home advisor request/search. His call was all but immediate (I took a few days to return his call) He was very professional in his expertise over the phone and in person. He did what he said he would do when he said he d do it, even on a Sunday and the hottest day of the year. I couldn t be happier with his work, it speaks for itself.

Had a bathtub converted into a shower. Luke did an amazing job converting into a marble shower. Did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Always an A+ on communication as well. Workers were all extremely polite and respectful & cleaned up after every portion of the job. Great company to work with - no regrets whatsoever. Extremely happy with the our new shower.
