We were devasted when the tv picture went bad and worried that it would cost too much to fix. But the techician arrived promptly as was promised and indicated that it may be fixable. Sure enought, he returned and within two days abd we have a beautiful picture once again. Home Advisor is the best!

I was having trouble with a sound bar installation and needed some help. I called Arizona Direct Satellite & Entertainment, Clark answered the phone right away. He did everything he could and fit me in as soon as possible (with in 24 hours of my non emergancy request). Communicated well, did a great job and the price was more than fair. We will use his company again in the future.

Clark was here the same day I put in a request. He does know how to set up a system. I have high end components and he just looked at the tuner and started making adjustments. We had to run one new cable and it was done. Sounds Great..

Very pleased with the service. Was initially told I'd be without our receiver for a day but as it turned out Clark made the repair in our home w/in 30 minutes and then was done. Would use and recommend his services again.

clark took a long time and at the end my tv was not 100% fixed it took over a month to get parts and coast me 105.00 dollers .i dont think he new what was wrong .he wantes more mony i took my losses.

"Parts for old TVS are very rare and hard to come by. I had to send a circuit board to another company to have it repaired, which took 3 weeks and cost me $80. The repaired board partially fixed the problem with the TV, but there were more problems discovered. This was my 3rd trip to the customers home. The customer declined any further repairs as it was goin to be more costly. The charge was $105 which is more than reasonable since I traveled to the customers home 3 times and paid for a board from the TV to be repaired. I actually lost money if the gasoline expenses are considered."
