Found the problem and fixed it.

This was easy. Like it's supposed to be!

Still not resolved but am not sure whether the LP gas ran out or there is something more. I'm getting it filled over the weekend and if the problem continues I will have them out for a follow-up.

I was called promptly after my online request and they were able to fit me in within a week. The only reason I rated them a 3 on customer service is because I was scheduled at 3, rushed home to be there on time, and got a call from the technician at 3:00 telling me he was double booked and couldn't be here until 5; when 5:15 rolled around I called him and he said he'd be another 45'.....I learned they had some unfortunate emergency circumstances that day and appreciate that but they knew before my scheduled time and should have notified me earlier in the day vs. calling AT my actual scheduled time. Otherwise, very pleased with the work and customer service!

I was a general contractor on the job, and the homeowner needed their gas fireplace serviced. Both the owner and the service manager contacted the customer. Quickly scheduled service and everyone was happy!! Great company will be using them again!!

These guys are the best in the valley! I needed a small repair done on a pre-fabricated fireplace unit. I probably called half a dozen places in the area and none of the others would even give me the time of day. One of the most important things, in my opinion, is to provide great service to potential customers no matter how big or small the job. Arizona Fire Features did exactly that. If you need anything fireplace related, I would highly recommend these guys!!

Walt worked with my schedule, called before arriving, was very pleasant and efficient. I had not used my fireplace in 10 years. He replaced the regulator, added an external shut of valve and re-trained me on the use of my fireplace. I am so glad to have found such an honest, kind, customer oriented person. I have already told another person about the great job he did.

Walt quickly responded to my original request, adjusted his schedule to meet mine. Arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem and I would highly recommend him to anyone that has a fireplace problem.

Walt was very professional in handling the repair on our gas fireplace. He was informative as he worked and returned our very old gas fire to a beautiful condition even painting some insert areas in need. Great work!! Highly recommend.

We have 2 gas fireplace units in our home that had not been turned on for several years and wanted to get them working again for the upcoming winter season. Not knowing who to call I filled out the requested information online to Home Advisors and within an hour or so I received a call from Walt at AZ Fire Features(he was the only one who bothered to call us back). I explained our situation, scheduled an appointment and within a couple of days Walt and and a co worker showed up to service our fireplaces. They arrived on time, did an excellent job and were finished in a timely manner. It's great to be able to sit in front of the fireplaces and enjoy them working again. Walt shared with us that his company is one of a handful in the state that are certified in the fireplace industry. We will definitely use them in the future and will recommend his company to others.
