ARIZONA GLASS IMPROVEMENTS

Horrible workmanship. Fernando incorrectly measured the shower area 3 different times. He first came with his crew and tried to install the glass; IT DID NOT FIT. He said he had to notch the schluter ? IT STILL DID NOT FIT. The second time he came back with different glass and when it again did not fit, he said he had to cut the tile. Again, that was not enough, IT DID NOT FIT. The third time he had to cut into even more of the tile and schluter and the entire area looked terrible ? PLUS IT DID NOT FIT. I told him to take it all away and refund me my deposit. I had to have all those tiles and schluter replaced. Fernando now refuses to refund the deposit! Very bad service. Very poor attitude when he clearly made multiple mistakes along the way.

I was so happy that I came across this business online. We needed a glass shower door for an addition we had finished. The quality of work, quick turnaround times and the team was not only professional but very friendly and easy to work with. So much so, we hired them a 2nd time when we remodeled our Primary bathroom and needed a very large shower door. They once again did excellent work. I highly recommend them and have several times to my friends and clients.
