The company charges by the hour and the technician will deliberately strecth time. I watched every step of the job and it could been completed within the hour, when questioned the technician about the charges he got nasty in customer house. Tried calling the company owner and it was worthless. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Arizona Heating and Cooling is the best company we have ever found to service our gas fireplaces. We've contacted a number of agencys in the past couple of years, and it was rare to find someone to service a gas fireplace if they did not install it. We can't tell you enough about how satisfied we were with Arizona.

The tech who came out to do the initial work was wonderful and did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I saw the areas where he needed to do work. However, when getting an estimate for a new unit the owner was very late twice, which would not have been a problem, but he didn't bother to call and let me know.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Arizona Heating & Cooling. I called in the morning and they fixed my fireplace that afternoon. I was very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Didn't fix the problem. Was assured that "all gas logs are the same" and he could fix it, but he didn't. Said he could order the part, but it would be better and more cost-effective for me to buy an entire new log set, like a cheap one at lowes for $350 or so. I ended up researching it and I ordered the new part I needed myself for $60 bucks, and I'll install it myself. Why have a "pro" do it when you can do it yourself and not spend your time and $50 bucks on someone that can't fix the problem. Ugh.
