John has been a total lifesaver for our family! My husband, 3 kids and I moved into our new home 2 months ago. We had a LOOOOONG list of 'to do's around the new house, but also wanted time to enjoy the summer as a family. John came over, ran through the to do list in about a tenth of the time it would have taken us, and everything looked perfect! As soon as the next list was ready, we called him back over - again, got through the list efficiently, professionally, and quickly (without sacrificing quality workmanship!). Already have him scheduled to come back - thanks for making our home even more beautiful, and giving us back our time to be a family. :)

Arizona Maintenance got back to me immediately and came out the next day. Gave me a price and completed the project the same day. Explained what he was going to do and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Reasonable charge.

Got the job done sooner than expected. Did a bang-up cleanup job.

Arizona Maintenance Service got in touch with me right away and was able to come out the very next day to provide an estimate. They were able to schedule the work quickly.

Was reasonably priced with a hourly minimum that was not exorbitant. Was easy to work with and was able to provide same day service

eric was very professional and did a great job blending drywall with existing drywall. you would never guess there was a soffit in the middle of the kitchen.

I was very happy with the price they charged compared to other options.

Sent two totally unqualified handymen to cut and hang 3 cabinet doors in a laundry room. Would have done the job myself if I didn't have a bad back. Workmanship was poor in planning, knowledge and execution. Spoke to owner who was understanding and mutually agreed to cancel the contract.

Eric listened to my request- change the way the gate opened so it was smoother and he made it happen. The previous homeowner had let the gate and the wall it was fastened to deteriorate. Eric replaced missing mortar, fixed the gate mountings and fasteners, and now my wife thinks it's safe to operate. He also replaced a piece of dry rotted wood on my drip rail and now that looks sharp. Thanks, AMS and Eric!
