The customer service response was good to come to my house for same-day service. Their estimate for a new AC unit was almost double the other three estimates I received. They try to sell a lot of unnecessary add-ons too. Be careful!

They came within an hour on Labor Day weekend. I have a home warranty with American Home Shield. They could not get a repairman out until Tuesday. The unit failed on Friday. Who can handle 110 degrees for three days. I'm cancelling my warranty. What good are they if they cannot help you when you need it.

I had a Thermostat go out on me. They charged me over $500.00. They replaced it but I also had a sensor go out. They gave me a price for the sensor then said they would order it. I have not heard back. It has been a month and no word. I would not recommend Arizona Refrigeration.

The cleaning ducts and vents and the seal and caulk were two different charges. I paid more than what I understood the charge would be. The vents were not sealed, my painters had to caualk them.

I had gotten the cooler all cleaned up myself and ready to go but couldn't get the float adjusted and the outside waterline was dripping water. Dennis replaced the nut on the outside line and adjusted the float and made sure water was falling on filters appropriately so as not to splatter out of the unit and made sure all was working as it should. He didn't charge me anymore than the trip charge. I recommend them.

Replaced my evap. They were fast and friendly and for the most part did a great job. My only gripe is that they skimped on the little things, like not replacing the compression nut to the water line (which leaked a little) and the purge pump hose was not put on tight so when it ran the water when everywhere inside the until. They are small things and took me only a few minutes to fix. I'm sure if I had called them, they would have come out and fixed it, but it was just easier for me to do it.

This will be my second installation by this company (we have two rooftop units). Obviously, they did a great job on replacing the first unit four years ago and I've asked them back. Received an unexpected second unit discount. Thank you. Right after a major storm when most other AC companies are backlogged a couple days, AZ Refrigeration showed up within 2 hours of my call, completed the troubleshooting in less than an hour and had a complete new install scheduled two days after. The technician was courteous, knowledgable and honest. I doubt you will find a better AC company in AZ.
