Our experience was highly professional and thorough from initial inspection, estimates during the project. Ben our project manager was a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable and professional.

AZ Roofers did a great job from start to finish. The process was easy and the team was very thoughtful and thorough with the roof replacement. The entire job was completed on the same day they started as well which was great!

Ben, our project manager, was highly professional and thorough with communication during our entire project. Any questions and concerns were immediately addressed and resolved, even when it meant coming first thing in the morning by himself to do the finishing touches. My family and I are very satisfied with the work of him and his team.

Kory Dumone was the salesman I worked with, was very thorough with the roof inspection and getting things started with my insurance company. Aaron Munz was my insurance claim coordinator and did a phenomenal job negotiating with my insurance company. Benjamin Butler was my project manager and was incredible as well from project start to finish, keeping me updated, working with Aaron for emergent needs mid-project, and ensuring the job was done well and done right. I really appreciated that both Kory & Ben took photos of everything so I could better visualize the different items they discussed. Kory & Ben were also great when it came to communicating and were very easy to reach out to if I had a random question about anything with my roofing project. I would definitely use them again. My parents used Arizona Roofers as well and I've already told my neighbors about them as well.

Easy, quick and efficient

We had a great experience with Arizona Roofers replacing our storm-damaged roof. Their rep was the only one from multiple companies to walk the roof for the estimate, even resetting a loose tile for free. Our 35-year-old discontinued clay tile and failing underlayment required a decision. The rep clearly explained our options with detailed estimates: replace the underlayment under the old tile, or transition to asphalt shingles lasting 30+ years. We chose shingles. Scheduling started the next day with excellent communication. They responded quickly to questions and included two free decking sheets to limit unforeseen expenses. The two-day project went smoothly with an on-time crew. Project manager Carter kept in constant contact, sending over 600 progress photos. When issues arose, Carter was extremely receptive. Instead of a fight, he immediately acknowledged my concerns, explained the fix, and ensured 100% resolution. I highly recommend Arizona Roofers!

The deinstalling and reinstalling crew were great, did a fantastic job, cleaned up after their self every night. Have no complaints. Ben was our project manager, he was a great communicator, kept us in the loop, come by and check to make sure everything was being done as it was supposed to be. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

The company came across as very honest, professional, and trustworthy, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. Their office staff were also very friendly and helpful whenever I called. In order to sell my house, I needed Arizona Roofers to make some repairs since they had redone my roof. I could never be happier with the response. I got from Rodrigo the project manager. He came out and had the repairs completed within a few days and I was not charged anything. I highly recommend Rodrigo as the project manager and encourage people to go with Arizona Roofers

Extremely grateful I found this wonderful, professional, detailed, company that was delightful to work with from start to finish. The estimator, Christian, was great to talk with and truly wanted to meet our needs in best manner possible, while providing reasonable price for services. From the start Hecate the bar high with respectful, kind communication with clear purpose to meet client needs while educating us on best materials to meet our needs (we are very chemically and environmentally conscious). After our estimate approved, the company has terrific processes in place to communicate and confirm materials, labor, color choices etc. All done to prevent mistakes, work collaboratively and discusses all details so homeowner knows exactly what to expect at every step in the process. Connor, the district manager helped ensure we made best color choice decision, offering his experience on jobs outcomes he’s experienced for perspective. I’m so grateful he led me in right direction with patience and guidance, but without any pressure or judgement. Completely let me decide without judgement - though I did decide to heed his advice (thankfully). Ben, the project manager, was awesome as well. He communicated and took pictures throughout the process so we could see the work and so everything documented, which brought additional comfort and transparency to each step of their hard work. We had a leak which we knew about, but were uncertain exactly where it was coming from (though had suspicion) and how large. Thankfully small crack which they pointed out to us right away so we could see. They had robust hard working crew that worked diligently, superseding our high expectations. From start to finish, hands down excellent contractor and team. I got a positive, professional feeling from every person we interacted with from AZ Roofers. Timely, friendly, respectful, great communicators, patient, diligent. They made a very stressful leaking roof project become such a relief. I cant too much about the professionalism and timely manner in which this company provided their service. Having been a person who has ran businesses before I know the importance of customer service. Their quote was fair, the install was smooth and timely, and the result were more than i expected. I would absolutely recommend this company to any and all who need a new roof.
