I rated this company lower not due to their work. They were on time, work was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the workers put a hole in my AC tubing which required repair. I immediately called Alex And let him know and that I cost me $1000.00 to have it repaired. He assured me they would take care of it. There was a lot of me texting and calling, they were out of town working on a big job and would get back to me, lasting several weeks. My last text message to Alex was August 10th and I have not heard from anyone. I know 1,000.00 isnâ t a whole lot of money to some, it is the principalâ ¦the damage was done by their workers. It is sad that a family business treats a loyal customer this way. The other strange thing is they want all their payments made by check to the father, not the businessâ ¦my neighbor had them do her roof at the same time, she wrote a check to the company for 11,000.00, Arizona Roofing & Remodeling LLC (ROC# 322763). They asked her to tear up that check and write two, splitting the payment to the fatherâ s name not the companyâ s.

We really enjoyed working with this team. I’m a detail person & worked closely with each technician for each area of work being done. Each person treated me with respect & took the time to answer every question I had. They made sure I was happy with the work they had done.

Workers showed up to to the job without all the supplies and no supervision The owner was cordial but not hands on There was a problem communicating since I donâ t speak Spanish When they left I found tar on the tiles and unused tiles left on the roof Not happy

Checking roof was going to kill he deal of selling home but they talked with buyers to put them at ease the customer service was good.

Initially I was impressed with the demeanor of Alex and Thomas. Both appeared to be concerned about providing a good work product. This changed with the accrual quality of work performed. The work crew appeared to be only concerned about speed and not quality of work. It was very clear that some of the quality failed and attempts to rectify the issues did not rise to a priority for Alex or Thomas. My neighbor also contracted with Arizona Roofing and Remodeling only to discover a failure to complete the work as contracted!

I appreciate the company was able to work on my roof quickly before the next set of storm.

They were very friendly and I felt they gave me a fair estimate. They actually got the job done the same day. Cleaned up any mess they might have made. I would use them again but hope I won t have to for a long time.:)

Tom was a very pleasant man. He seemed very knowledgeable up front and proud of his work. He took pictures of the completed job to show me. He had to work around my solar panels and he made sure to coat the elastameric 8 to 10 inches under the panels which was a little difficult and I did not expect. I would definitely use them again.

Arizona Roofing is an AMAZING company. Alex, the owner, is prompt, professional and honest. I had missing and loose shingles after the last monsoon and I requested bids from HomeAdvisor on Tuesday morning. Alex called me at 8:00am and said he had 3 other estimates in the area and would be out before noon. At 10:30am Alex arrived, inspected the entire roof and found only the 2 areas with missing and loose shingles. He said he would be back before 2:00pm and that it was a simple 10 minute fix and there would be NO CHARGE. Alex said tell a friend would be enough. Quality work and a great guy.

Alex was the only one that would spray the carport roof with reflective coating. A couple others would do it on top of spray foam. Being as it is not enclosed and heat rises I did not see the point of that. The crew got the job done pretty quick. Washed on Memorial day and sealed and coated the next day. Just days after I hired them!
