The tech did a great job. I had them to change the rollers on a really large double sliding door. He encountered some rusted screws and some broken parts. That was no problem. The tech did the job, had to go get some extra parts and did not charge anything extra. The amount quoted was the amount to pay. Their prices are pretty good and they played no games. I'd hire them again.
