Jason the tech, was very friendly and quick to lite the pilot on my furnace. Checked for carbon monoxide and was on his way to the next job. I will used them again. I was charged the price quoted over the phone.....

We were very pleased with their service. Their price was reasonable. They installed a good quality unit, were very prompt in their appointment. and will be coming in to check the device on a good program. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Our regular company we had for many years didn't show up for an appointment we scheduled 2 mo. ahead as we were leaving for the summer. They didn't show up, later when we called said "someone will call back and be there by 5pm". No one showed or called and when we called to request first the next day, they said it would be a month. That is not the customer service we expect so we contained you. Thanks for the prompt service.

the fee charged was at least 150% of the going rate for the service provide. There seems to be no evidence the work for which I was charged was performed. 8 phone calls and 1 visit to in residence office have yet to produce a written invoice. having the unit inspected today to document what repair was actually performed.
