Don't use Arizona window and door store under any circumstances. They came out three times and installed defective windows where the seal of the glass has been compromised and there was dirt in between the panes. We complained many times and they responded by saying is was the manufacturers fault and they weren't responsible. The installers even told us that they were getting many defective windows from the manufacturers. We filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn't bother to respond. We are out thousands of dollars and they will do nothing to rectify the situation.

I'm in Tucson and worked with Brandon and Frank as the installers from the Tucson office and Chad, from Scottsdale, was the consultant. All personnel were respectful and professional. The young men worked in the heat of the day but were careful to respect my home. They were clean, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I love my windows and appreciate their attitude and work ethic. I would recommend them to anyone.

A few problems came up but were taken care of . The workmen and owner couldn't have been better. I am glad I did chose the company . I am happy with the work and my new door. I would have them do work again if I need it.

We had a hiccup in the beginning but the owner made sure I received the best service. I believe in 2nd changes and he made good on his promise. They kept me up-to-date every step of the way and my door was installed promptly. I highly recommend this company.

Quality of work was excellent! They also cleaned up after themselves. Areas of improvement: mason guy did NOT block room with plastic so had a huge coating of stone dust over everything! Also, Az Door communications among the various salesmen and technical folks could be better. They NEVER called when the previous guy said they would so I always had to call them to get status's and set subsequent appointments. Also not sure why 2 guys had to come out and measure twice. It added about 2-3 weeks onto the life of the project. However, Greg, the owner (once I got his name and number) was excellent....so I would hire these folks again.

Replaced exterior door, fair price, work was done on schedule. Workers were very personable and got the job done quickly and neatly. Iâve never had this done before so I was a little confused about the color of the door finish and while this was more my ignorance feel it possibly could have been explained better. Another contractor out for something else complimented the workmanship.
