I had the best experience working with Arizona Pool and Spas. From my 1st conversation with Steve Turner to working with the team, it was pretty flawless. Everyone was kind, professional, attentive, and timely. I always felt like a priority. Their pricing was competative and reasonable and they worked HARD! My backyard is a dream come true. I highly recommend Arizona Pool and Spas.

I do not recommend Arizona Pool and Spa based on my experience. I paid a significant deposit after accepting an estimate and canceled the project within 48 hours due to a change in family health circumstances. No work was performed?no permits, designs, HOA submissions, or construction. Despite this, the company has refused to return my full deposit and is claiming thousands of dollars in non-refundable ?expenses,? including a sales commission, without providing documentation or proof of work. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the issue, including requesting mediation as outlined in their own estimate, but received no response. The lack of transparency, accountability, and communication?especially from ownership?raises serious concerns. I would caution others to proceed carefully and ensure all terms are clearly documented before providing any deposit.

We had them resurface the pool with nice pebble tec and tile. They also used Travertine on the deck and patio plus ledger stone on fountains and bbq. It is beautiful! We also installed a pool heater which we look forward to using on October.

I am so happy with my pool and this team of professionals! They really helped me through the whole process and took care of me. Kept it within the budget set and it was a one stop shop! 10/10 would recommend.
