Please note that the work options provided for this review did not include the work that was actually done (deck resurfacing) so I just chose any of the options. I imagine he would do an excellent job of this kind of work anyway given how well he completed my work! Fabian completed my deck resurfacing in a single day and to excellent standards; an appraisal of my home was done afterward and the work was mentioned as exceptionally and professionally done. I will absolutely hire Fabian again for any future projects in his scope as he is very friendly, professional, and fair with his pricing.
