Ark saved me from making a terrible mistake in purchasing a home with a very expensive foundation repair. They were honest with me about the cost and explained everything that needed to be repaired. I called late in the day, and they came right out the next morning, which is important when you have money down on a house. They did what they said they would and for a reasonable price. Only thing I can nit pick is that the steel beams installed had mud caked on them.
