They did a great job on the final product. We appreciate Jean efforts to listen to the us. The workers, particularly Dean, were efficent and respectful and transparent about was done. He wanted to do the job right. I would reccomend them to friends.

After interviewing several contractors for our master bathroom remodel, we chose ARK Remodel because of the quality of the products they offered compared to the standard materials other companies were using. Had no intention to do upgrade or remodel . The door bell ring and a young man introduced himself as Jean. Stated that his company was doing a bathroom upgrade across the street . He seemed so genuine we invited him inside to share with us his and ways his company Ark could help us. Our house was built in 1972 , so improvements were needed. We agreed with his proposal and we are very pleased. Ark replaced our old outdated bathroom and laundry room . It looks like a new addition . Jean was on site every day the was being performed. Remodeling our master shower room was challenging. The House was built in 1997 and It had a costume shower size which was ugly. Jean helped to recommend many ways to improve our bathroom. We had ARK Remodel renovate our downstairs half-bathroom. Every part of the process was easy. They provided custom-work vanities, countertop, and flooring as well as all the plumbing materials and we were pleased with the quality and the variety of options available. We worked specifically with Jean, one of the partners, and he personally oversaw the job from start to finish, stopping in throughout to make sure that everything was on schedule and that we were satisfied with how things were turning out. He provided several notes to the workers to make sure that everything down to the final touches was complete and perfect. Additionally, their workers were organized, unobtrusive, and efficient and, to the extent that it was possible, quiet and tidy.

Jean was outstanding from the very beginning. He walked us through the product options, clearly explained everything, personally introduced the installers, and checked in throughout the project to make sure everything we agreed on was being done. That level of follow-through really stood out.
I?ve had other home projects where the salesperson says one thing and the installers do another ? that was NOT the case here. The team was professional, on time, kept the workspace clean, and delivered exactly what was promised with no surprise costs.

Jean and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, were polite and cleaned up well. Every aspect of the bathroom renovation was done as promised and a couple of unexpected problems were dealt with without any fuss or added costs to us. I'm very much a perfectionist about work done and I can find no faults here. If you want a company that works with you on design, offers a fair price for the service and completes it on time and when promised, then I can't recommend this company more highly.

Very happy so far with the results. From Jean to the staff and scope of work and quality that was put into it everything has met and exceeded my expectations. Workers are very nice and easy to work with and they are very transparent and the workmanship is unbelievable. Very impressed. Had a tub and shower tore out and a a massive shower put in. Floors and painting and countertop to finish out the week and the job. The timeliness has been great so far. I would definitely recommend and anyone. Very pleased. Will update photos when they are complete. For now a before and after of the shower.

ARK remodeling did an amazing job on our shower and bathroom. It was not a standard shower since it is a much larger walk-in shower and some companies said they could not help us. Jean reviewed all of our options, was very patient with us and gave us great advice for the remodel. We went with ARK based on Jean's overall experience, professionalism, honesty and the quality of materials that he uses. His team did an outstanding job of removing the old shower and partial wall and installing the new shower, sliding door and floor. It was a huge effort by his team and resulted in a shower and bathroom that is absolutely stunning. We were truly amazed with the transformation. Jean and his team were great in communicating throughout the project and stayed on schedule. We would highly recommend ARK remodel and really appreciate what they did for us!

Ark remodeling did such a fantastic job on our shower ! We love it. The team was timely and efficient. They told us exactly how long it would take and when they would be there. They did what they said they would do in the amount of time they told us. They were very helpful with things we weren’t certain about. They made suggestions and were very patient with us. They knew what they were doing. We put off our shower renovation for a couple of years because the price we were quoted was way out of our budget range. Ark remodeling beat the price by 20%! Which made it the right price for us!

I absolutely LOVED working with Jean and his staff. While I only had my walk in shower installed, everything was smooth from beginning to end. They were going to install a new toilet and vanity but I had to delay for my own late decisions on styles, nothing due to the company. But the owner helped me weigh my options. Jean was very patient while I tried to make up my mind on the project. Communication was quick, professional and felt like working with a knowledgeable and trustworthy family friend. The workers took extra care to protect my carpet and home during the process. I am thoroughly impressed with this company and the owners willingness to help me with my options and listen to my concerns. Pricing was fair, products superior, and I couldn't be happier with my new walk in shower. Absolutely recommend them!!
