I hired Chris to repair a French Door that was not install properly. He did an outstanding job. He also custom made a door threshold onsite. Excellent craftsmanship.

Prompt and efficient.

I will not recommended this company. He overcharged me to put up a warped piece of siding. The siding was what was already mine and he explained initially that if he used my part he would just charge $75 for the service call however he charged me $125. The work looked terrible. He then argued with my husband over the price and the quality of his work. Unfortunately, the piece came down 2 days later due to a little wind. When he was called about this, he said he would come out the next week and attempt to fix again. He never showed up, nor answered my calls. Save yourself some time and energy and do not use him. Unfortunately, reviews written by others were not read about him until after and this man had an excuse for every bad review he got and he ALWAYS blamed the customer. He obviously is very arrogant and does not care about what service he provides as long as he is paid. The customer is always right is not his philosophy....

Hiring a handyman has always been difficult for me. Asking neighbors for referrals usually gets no response. A good, honest handyman is tough to find. Once before I resorted to Craigslist, but I was not comfortable with that person in my home. Having a service vett workers has been done before with Angie's list, but ours is not a large city and Angie had no one to refer. As well, her system was not an easy to use - one call with HomeAdvisor and I had three referrals with contact numbers. Chris of APM knows his stuff. He showed up at the time scheduled, assessed the job, brought in his tools, et voila - the work was done well and quickly. As he said, no job is too small. I will be using Chris again and have already used HomeAdvisor to get some bids on redoing our driveway. I'm glad I found this company. At no time did I feel uncomfortable with him in my house. He is a talented handyman and also does electrical, plumbing, framing, pretty much everything but painting.

Chris is quick to respond and give a quote. I do recommend keeping your eye on the work. I have several issues with some of the work, wish I had gotten a written quote first for scope of work. If I had his number in I would have him come back buy and add a few nails to the railing on my porch project. Overall he does a good job and he is very knowledgeable about his work. I wonder if I hadn't been helping clean up and talk if he would have missed nails. Oh well live and learn.

Hired Chris to replace an exterior door and storm door in a house that is not square. He delivered as promised. Excellent workmanship at a fair price. Would definately hire him for other home repair/projects.

Chris is an extremely professional. He came out at the time agreed, and explained the job of installing the storm doors. He even said he would pick them up for me if needed. He showed up on the day and time we agreed, preformed all the work required at the highest quality. I would recommend Chris for any jobs he has the ability to preform. He is friendly and courtious and I have already had him do a deck project that he is now working on. Great to have someone with workmenship, professionalism and honor (who does what he says he will do).
