Arlandria Floors installed a new kitchen floor and also repaired/refinished all of our hardwood floors throughout the house. Superb job in the kitchen, Raymond Busch was extremely helpful in assisting us in our flooring selection and then followed-up through the project. Excellent results! Even though our hardwood floors are 80 years old, Arlandria Flooring made them look new. Incredible job sanding, refinishing and replacing boards where necessary. Again, Raymond was with us throughout the project and his colleagues did a very professional job. No need to look elsewhere; Arlandria Floors can do it all!

Such a lovely product (it was hard to choose among such an array) and the install is perfect! Exactly the right amount of padding in the stairs and exquisitely trimmed, to butt up against detailed molding. Technician was fast, and extremely careful near our new woodwork. Cleaned up after himself beautifully. This company dies outstanding work!

I highly recommend Arlandria Floors. They recently installed baseboards to complete a laminate floor installation. The work was exceptional, demonstrating a high degree of craft and skill. The result was just great, making an already impressive flooring install looking model-perfect. Others thought it looked good, too. I received a contract offer on my house three days after the install!

I recommend Arlandria Floors for your flooring projects. I had my kitchen floor redone in May of 2012 with an Armstrong vinyl tile. All of the staff at Arlandria with whom I interacted to select my tile was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the options they had available (and not just the Armstrong brand). They patiently answered all of my questions and allowed me to take home many samples as I tried to find just the right color. When it came time to install the tile, they came when they said they would come, went to work promptly, completed the work in a very timely manner, and cleaned everything up when they were done. Fast forward to October of 2018. The tile had discolored over time due to the sunlight streaming into my kitchen. Perhaps I should have known direct sunlight on the floor over time could damage it. I thought it was color-fast, but that was not the case. I called Arlandria Floors and over the following months worked with Rachel S., the Customer Service Manager, on the problem. She was outstanding. I sent pictures and asked many, many questions. The questions often required time and research but they were answered in a clear and straightforward manner (with great patience I might add). I received suggestions on cleaners etc. that might correct the problem. Research with Armstrong was done on my behalf. Ultimately, Arlandria Floors filed a claim with Armstrong and it was approved. Arlandria Floors then did the measuring, rounded up the materials, and came back to install a new vinyl tile floor for me. Again, the crew that did the installing was as professional as the first time around and Ms. S. followed up with care information going forward. So, Armstrong stood behind its product, Arlandria Floors maintained its high standards, and I am a very satisfied customer.

I almost never write reviews, but my experience with Arlandria Floors was exceptional. The initial appointment to measure my basement was handled quickly and professionally and when it took another 18 months before I could place my order, they took it in stride and welcomed me back with total understanding of my situation. I was able to take home as many samples as I wished for as long as I wanted. When I made my selection and called in my order we had one little hiccup, but I followed up and it was swiftly fixed. The installation was great -- the work crew arrived on time, worked quickly and steadily, alerted me to a couple of issues, and respected my home. Plus, they were really nice and clearly experienced professionals. They did a Saturday installation and I got a follow-up call on Monday to make sure all was well. It certainly was -- I could not have asked for a better experience and I thought the price was a good value.

I own a commercial construction company, and they work for me consistently. They help me with almost everything carpentry and flooring. I would recommend them. Great turn around time, prompt with warranty issues.
