Thomas and the Arbor Care team are phenomenal to work with. Iâ ve used them many times. He was recently out to remove a large stump from my yard and I was telling him that the harder part for me would be to remove some massive rocks from an old pond nearby. Thomas and his crew came out the next day to remove the rocks for me and haul them away. Good people through and through! Iâ m a customer for life

They did an awesome job!! The Silver Maple tree they trimmed is between my house, a shed, and the power line for the house. The crew expertly removed large dead branches and also the branches over the roof without damage to the house, shed, or power line. They completely cleaned up the yard too. Great crew!!

Very attentive, I was able to schedule an appointment right away and have the trees taken down quickly. The only reason why I rated them 4.5 is because they did't come on the day they said originally and left a handful of tree stumps and wood chips at the site. I had to follow up about both and call a couple times to have them come and remove.

We had a tree blown down on a Sunday afternoon and I reached out to several tree companies Monday morning. Arbor Care responded quickly and Thomas was on site inspecting the damage within the hour. We struck an agreement and the tree was out of my yard and the stump was ground by mid afternoon. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and I was impressed with their efficiency.

Thomas' crew was courteous and professional. they took down four diseased aspen trees, ground the stumps, removed the wood, raked the area and blew the street and driveway clean. there was NO damage to the surrounding area which had been a concern of mine from previous (other) tree companies. I would definitely give them a five thumbs up and hire them again in the future.

The only problem was a failure to communicate. The job was done within a couple weeks of hiring, but I did not know when to expect the workers. They ended up doing the job right after a snow storm and because of the snow were really unable to clean up the project as I imagine they would normally have done. I would hire them again.

All contact was over email came back to finish one tree where there was misunderstanding. Very satisfied with the work.
