Key Air Duct Repair LLC came and gave me a quote. He said I have a leak under the house that needs repair before he can do the duct work He said he would get that taken care of. I gave him a check for half, he left. I received a text in the afternoon that he couldn't start the work until after the check cleared next Thurs. Since I am not a plumber or HIM, this is NOT good. Please advise.

Arturo Perez of Armada Insulation LLC completed the insulation installation in the attic of my home with an estimated 3000 sq ft of heated space. Arturo is a great communicator and has a lot of knowledge and experience in the industry. He knows his product and educated me on my options. He showed up with a box truck full of material, early, and worked efficiently without breaks. Once complete, he packed up his items and cleaned up any debris he had left behind. I received 4 estimates for this job, and he beat out all 4 by a long shot. His prices are unmatched, and the competitors are in disbelief that he is not price-gouging per industry standards. They will tell you it can't be done at that price, then he shows up and gets it done at that price. He is now my go-to guy for this service.
