Did good work but poor communication. On multiple occasions people showed up to work on our house without any warning. We came back from a short vacation to find that gutters had been installed on our house and no one told us they were going to be there. We also signed a contract and approved additional work on our house and they just never did it. The work they did was good, but the impression I got was that they sub-contract the jobs and struggle to communicate the same information to the people they're hiring and the homeowner.

I had a leak in my bedroom for a long time and worked with several different contractors, but no one was able to pinpoint the source of the leak or provide a lasting solution. Then I met David and his team. Not only did they successfully identify and fix the problem, but they also followed up with me a year later to make sure everything was still holding up and that the leak had not returned. Recently, I noticed a small amount of water seeping through again. They promptly came out, thoroughly inspected the area, took the window apart, cleaned everything, and resolved the issue. Since then, there has been no more leakage. In this day and age, finding a trustworthy company and reliable contractors is not easy. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer service truly set them apart. I am incredibly grateful that I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of honest, quality work.

We hired Armada's Exterior a little over 6 months ago to replace our gutters. Scheduling and installing went great. They showed up on time and completed the job as promised. The gutteres look great and are functioning perfectly. Very happy.

I worked with Armada for a gutter and drainage project. The folks who came out to estimate were very knowledgeable and communication was solid throughout. When the work was in process, the slope in my roof caused one of the gutters to droop. I emailed Ashley on a Sunday about it, she emailed back in an hour that she was on it, called me the next day, Haily came out to look at it the day after and completed a fix very quickly. I was really impressed by how quickly they hopped on it to make sure everything was sorted and completed. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Armadas Exterior for your roofing and gutter jobs. I have used them twice for different needs. The last time on June 30, 2026 they did some gutter repair and corner sealing. They didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need and focused on the repair at a great price. Haley was really responsive for the initial inspection and the estimate came via email on the same day. The job was scheduled quickly and they did a fantastic job. Thanks!

They were on time every time. They took two days to do the work due to the difficulty caused by the height and pitch of the roof. They were professional and considerate at all times and did not try to sell us more than what you actually needed. We would hire them again.

Good communication with customer.

Easy company to work with from estimate to finished install. We had a leak and they came out immediately and made the repair. The gutters and leaf guard work great. We recommend Armadas if you want quality work at a very reasonable price.

The job and quality were fine. Just the customer service and communication lacks a lot. I approved the job and asked for some modifications over the phone, I was told it was changed. Well, it was not. I did not know I was scheduled for installation until the day before because I called to follow up on my approval from 4 weeks ago. I guess there was a glitch on their end? Once I realized the modifications I requested were not done, I sent them a message, and no response or follow-up was done. All I got was an email with the invoice with the remaining balance. At first, they were pushy to get the contract, once the job was done they stop communicating. I need to replace a roof, I asked for a quote and I never got it. So I am definitely not using any further services with them. So if lack of communication is not an issue for you, then they are okay based on the job they performed at my place. They installed gutters guards.

Prompt response and competitive estimate. The install crew knew what they were doing to remove the old gutters, check the fascia, and install the new ones. They cleaned up the area well when they were finished.

They were quick to respond. Came out within a few days and fixed my leaky downspout. I would definitely hire them for other projects. Thanks so much!

The installers were friendly, efficient, and the end product looks great. There were a couple minor adjustments, but Armadas employees eventually rectified those issues well!
