What a great company! Cannot recommend highly enough. Fair prices, always on time, quality workmanship and attention to detail. They are not satisfied until you are 100% happy with the job. We had hired another contractor to start remodeling our kitchen and to do some outside repairs. We thought we would only use Armex for the kitchen cabinets and countertops. Once we saw the quality of the other contractor, we asked Armex to not only do what they were originally supposed to do, but to take over the finish of the kitchen, as well as the outside work. The entire team of Marlin, Jose, Bernard, Sebastian, Miguel and everyone else was meticulous in their work and stayed every day to make sure they cleaned up before the left. We even had Armex doing some work in the house while we were up north for a few weeks. I would highly recommend Armex to anyone looking for any type of construction work. They are an honest group in an industry where some characters are less than honest. We had some extra work done and their prices for that was fair and reasonable. They say that you get what you pay for....we got a first quality job from a wonderful group of people. I would definitely hire them again.

We hired Armex Construction, Inc. to build a 520 square foot addition to our existing house, raise the lanai roof 1 foot, and increase the entire pitch of the existing roof to accommodate the raised lanai ceiling and addition. We also had Armex remodel our kitchen with new quartz countertops and backsplash, as well as having them finish all tiling work in the new bedroom and 2 new bathrooms. Finally, we had several plaster repairs and extensive painting completed by Armex, both internally and externally, along with new gutters, a new air conditioning compressor and ducting. They were able to "Do It All" no matter the size or complexity of the job. Armex also took care of all permit work with the City of Cape Coral (which was extensive), as well as handling all the many interim inspections. I can't say enough about the fantastic customer focus that Armex exhibits in the completion of their projects. They are flexible in making midstream additions or modifications, and always immediately remedied any minor defects that we might have noticed. The owner, Jose Arias, stays closely involved with each project to ensure customer satisfaction, and he and his entire team are an absolute pleasure to work with. I hired Armex approximately 8 months ago to demo and rebuild the lanai on my midcentury home. They seemed reputable when I met them at my local home show, and they had good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was less than wonderful. There were so many issues I don't even know where to start. First, they cut a beam that should NOT have been cut causing my sliding glass doors and framing to rip from my ceiling. Second, they did not tarp the roof for the weekend, which allowed the rain to pour into my house during a rainstorm, staining my terrazzo floors. Third, they unnecessarily punched a hole in the wall, tore up part of the existing brick patio and then tried to deny that they caused the damage. They assured me that they would make everything look the way it did prior to the damage, but the repairs look awful and I am having to redo them. Now to add insult to injury, the paint is already peeling off the side of my house.

Armex was prompt from the time of the quote to completion of the job. The pricing was competitive and the workers were outstanding. Jose (the owner) and Bernard kept track of our project to upgrade our kitchen, pantry and master bath. The quality of the work was outstanding and they made sure every detail was completed before they were done. I would not hestitate to use this company for any project of any size.

needed a pool enclosure, contacted 3 contractors, 2 arrived to bid, only 1 (Armex) gave us a bid. We were so impressed with the promptness and professionalism of this company we not only contracted the pool enclosure, we had 2 shower tile enclosures, a new roof, and a complete kitchen remodel. Highly recommend Armex Conctruction.

After relocating to Cape Coral we needed a pool enclosure, we contacted 3 contractors, only 2 arrived and 1 ( Armex Construction) gave us a bid. we were so impressed with the promptness and professionalism of this contractor, we contracted 2 tile shower enclosures, the pool enclosure, a complete kitchen remodel, and a new roof. highly recommend this company.

This is a first rate company. We had been talking to another contractor that exploded our budget by over $40,000 and told us we could not accomplish the scope of work at the established budget. Well, we got what we wanted and more with Armex. They were on time, at work every day. All their employees and subcontractors were so polite and easy to work with. They did quality work and didn't leave for the day until they had cleaned up as much construction chaos as possible. Their dedication to customer service is second-to-none. You don't judge customer service by the lack of mistakes (nobody's perfect), rather by how mistakes are corrected. Most of the missteps in this project were mine - bad choices! When I truly didn't like something, Armex fixed it - no hassle and they didn't nickel-and-dime me to death over it either. Our project lasted almost 4 months - it was extensive. I won't lie; I'm glad it's over but I already miss seeing Jose, Bernard and all the guys we came to know in the process.

I can't speak highly enough of the experience we had with Armex Construction. We hired Jose and Bernard to do extensive remodeling work to our home: replacing the floor tile in the entire house, repairing drywall after having all the plastic plumbing replaced, painting the entire house, doing some demolition work, tiling 4 bathroom showers, and moving and extending some walls. We met with Jose and Bernard, explained what we needed, then left town for the next several months. It was a complicated process requiring almost daily communication for months. They not only kept to their deadlines, they were often ahead of them, always keeping us informed of the progress of the work. We were happy with the quality of the work, and kept adding to the scope of the work because of our satisfaction with their company. It takes a leap of faith to start such extensive remodeling and then leave town, but Jose and Bernard certainly rose to the challenge.

Very professional

They completed the work in the time they said that they would complete it. I wish they would have given me options on the type of drywall that should be installed given the location where it was being placed.

Fast attentive service. I needed a gutter downspout replacing and some big gate hinges removing from a wall. Not a big job but I was not able to do it myself. They came promptly and did it efficiently. Had me check their work when finished. I would use them again and recommend them.

Jose and Bernard were punctual, professional and prepared to handle the refrigerator and stove installation I hired them to do. I was so impressed until I immediately hired them to do a number of other small repair jobs around the house. I also intend to use them to totally remodel my kitchen and install ceramic tiling throughout the entire house.

Everything is good

They were very professional and friendly. Most important, they were on time and gave me a bid that was very reasonable. The job was very small but something that I could not do myself. They had someone to do the job right away. I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely hire them again.
