At ADI, we do residential design. We can do drafting, but we offer so much more than a draftsman. Designing homes since 2004, we love creating new and changing existing homes to work for the lifestyles of our clients. We enjoy interacting with people about how they live in their homes. We love knowing how to make an idea work that nobody else has been able to pull off. With almost 20 years’ experience, there's nothing in a house that I haven't seen or done at least 10 times or more. Your complicated issue or design challenge isn't going to surprise us. Big, pretty house? Of course. Tiny home? Yep, those too. Old house with great bones? Weird roof? Weird structure? Want to build something unique like a barn house built with red iron and SIPS? We take on all of the above. If it's possible, we can do it. Oh, by the way... We do it all in 3D. Even our measurements are 3D. We have been running a LiDAR scanner since 2020. We have the tech.
