Joey did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and expert and explained everything that me. I appreciate it.

Joe was early which was great. Communication was excellent. He talked me through everything and immediately knew the reason we had so much humidity and he knew quickly how to fix it. I really liked Joe. He also spoke to my husband on the phone with patience and understanding. He is a true professional. This is my first time working with this company and I called because of all the amazing reviews. Ryan the owner called me and shared when they would be coming out. Excellent communication. Joe and a couple of others fixed it all and they were super polite, left everything clean, showed me the work they did and took the time to share how things work. I signed up for the annual membership that gives me 15% off and I saved the membership fee on the first visit. Don't leave your humidity levels too high in your home as it can create mold and sickness. I am so glad they came out so fast as I was coughing. He ordered the parts before he left my property knowing I needed them to begin asap. And they did. The reviews and the $29 service call were what got my attention. Highest of recommendation. Caleb came out today and he was as polite, knowledgeable and kind as Joe. Love this company.

Joey from Armor Air is amazing. He’s got great customer service and is really knowledgeable. He gives great advice and explains options really well at a fair price. I’ve recommended him to a lot of other people.

Very knowledgeable and professional and respectfully .. expensive but worth it when you’ve been in the heat for three days without air conditioner.

I did hire Joe but he was amazing. He actually did the check up my heat pump, but what was thought to be the problem was not it. I, unfortunately, need a whole new system. So Seth was called to help me decide what I need to do and get. Joe was very, very helpful and gave me a few pointers as to how to keep cool over the weekend. If I needed a Technician, I would like Joe to come back.

He was great. Knew exactly what he was doing. Went over things step-by-step gave me great advice. Overall, I was very very pleased.

Professional, on time and the job done right!

Shane came out Friday for plumbing work and I mentioned that we need work done on our AC unit and were looking for a better price. He offered to give us a second opinion for the service call fee of $29. We were told by a different company that we needed a new compressor but Shane said that all we needed was to replace a wire that shorted out. We are thankful for the honesty! The replacement was a fraction of what we were quoted for just the labor to replace the compressor. We are very happy!

Great. They were very professional

Cody was excellent at fixing the leak underneath my sink from my garbage disposal. He came back a day later and when I got my dishwasher my in and removed my old dishwasher and installed my new one perfectly. He was very quick and friendly. He came on the weekend same day for the leak and a couple days later when my dishwasher came in. I highly recommend! ?

Cody did an excellent job in every way. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His high level of expertise was impressive. He provided all information needed for use of our new faucet, care and use. He will be our go to guy for any future plumbing needs. He definitely is an asset to Armour.
