Although , I need to replace the oven , as per the technician, He explained the problem clearly ( the part is no longer available ) and recommend a new oven . He was honest and friendly.

The first repair of the dryer was unsuccessful. Eric researched the problem with the factory and promptly returned and satisfactorily repaired the appliance. We were not charged for the return visit or required additional part.

Eric was knowledgeable and helpful and did great work. Unfortunately, it was problematic trying to contact their office. I was never able to talk to a live person during business hours. I had to leave voicemails and even then I would not typically receive a call back. If I did, it was never within 24 hours. The cost was higher than I expected but Eric's input and advice valuable.
