Mr Smith and sons were wonderful to work with. They were here each day until the project was complete. They communicated well at the beginning and end of each day. They were considerate of our budget and we highly recommend them for your road work needs.

H.L. (the owner) is a stand-up guy. He will do what he promises. If he is unable (due to product availability, equipment breakdown, etc.), he will always keep you informed. He and his sons completed about 2 tenths of a mile of paving for me as well as the approach to my barn, which required quite a lot of fill to meet the concrete drive. I am completely satisfied with the job done. If I need further paving or repairs done, I'll call H.L. again. Honest, dependable and reasonably priced.

They were very professional and courteous. HL always let you know what was going on, where they were and when he said they would be there at a certain time, they were there. The only thing that could have been improved is the clean-up. There were lots of rocks in the yard they didn't pick up.

Work was delayed by rain, but when he said he'd bring his equipment over he didn't, also didn't call me for several days after this. I finally called him and he said he was sick but would start the following day. His team only worked a little each day for 3 days, then finished it up working several hours the last day.

Armor, represented by HL Smith, came and provided a bid for the work within a very short time after first contact. HL promised to start the project on a given day and was actually able to start a day early. He said the work would require about 3 or 4 days and was finished in less than 3. Great service, great quality and competitive price!
