I put out a general inquiry. Jose was the first person to call me back and the only person to actually call me on the phone. He came out that evening and took a look. He came back the next evening and did the service. Thorough and knowledgeable. He enjoyed telling me what he was doing and why he was doing it and I enjoyed listening.

Jose did an excellent job addressing the problem and fixing the issue. He went above and beyond in the service and was very knowledgeable explaining the reasons the problems could occur and answering other questions. I would happily recommended his services!

Yes he explained the whole process answered my questions it was punctual and has a fair price. After the first treatment for roaches it almost disappeared 98% and we plan to continue to do the treatments. We are happy and recomend it!!

This is a follow up visit from 1 month ago. Jose had set traps for the rodents in the house. Today he checked the traps to find which areas the rodents were active. Thankfully they were not found in many areas. Jose also set traps outside the house. He will follow up in a month to see the activity. He knows his work well and is a professional. I plan to use his services all year long.

Jose was able to accommodate my schedule & come to my home on a Saturday. He arrived at the appointed time & not only completed the job efficiently & expertly, he explained the reason for the situation, the times of the year I should be vigilant & also advised me on an unrelated matter. He handled a totally different issue I had, which was really above & beyond, & I'm so grateful for that. On a prior visit, he had sealed up every crevice, which hadn't been done by the previous company I had used. As a result, I really didn't have an 'emergency' issue, just a refresh. Jose is very friendly & knowledgeable & takes as much time as needed to explain everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend Armor Pest Control for a job very well done.

i was beyond grateful to have jose and armor pest help us out. he was incredibly knowledgable, responsive, and punctual. he was also reasonable in the srvices offered and not one time did i feel like i was being misled. he was also helpful in explaining the logic, the thought process, and rationale for what he was doing. i plan to continue workig wtih armor or any future needs and fell that i am in good hands.

Found mouse entry spots, sealed them and deployed bait stations. Jose was very thorough and explained what he was doing.

He can when he said he’d be here. Showed the places where we had problems. Told me safer things to do—which were more healthy. He didn’t waste time but went through each room and made plans to come back . He was personable and made me feel comfortable. He also cleaned up as he completed each area. We hired Jose because we hear mice in our walls from time to time. He came today and spent over 2 hours inspecting our home inside and out to look for and fill potential entry points where they could be getting in. He also put out bait throughout the basement, attic & garage to eliminate any critters that might still be in the house or any ones that could sneak in somehow. Jose obviously knows his stuff and was very professional and reasonably priced. Not only that, he was extremely friendly! We look forward to seeing Jose every few months, as we booked his maintenance services. Would highly recommend him!

Jose. Montalvo was excellent. He called me in advance of visiting our home to ask me questions about the issues we were having. Jose then took the time to share with me how he approaches pest control and what I should expect. Jose scheduled a visit and came on time. He walked me around the inside and the outside of our house to show me spaces that he would block with steel wool and spray foam. Jose also showed me the placement of the bait stations and gave me advice on where to put traps and how to rotate the trap bait. I recommend Jose highly. He's a professional who's been in the business 20+ years. He takes time to explain what he's doing and sets expectations.

Jose from Armor pest control came to our home today to take care of the bees that were near our front door. He was very professional and friendly and took care of our problem right away. These bees were under our siding near, so we couldn’t get rid of them on our own. I would highly recommend Armor pest control and Jose.

He did great! He took his time to explain my options based on mice infestation. We all went through the house and assess the situation and what it will take to reduce the traffic and eventually get rid of the, but it’s will not happen overnight. I will surely recommend him to anyone. I will review my review in 3 months window because there will be two 2 follow up.

I couldn’t have asked for a better job. Jose was wonderful. He took time to explain to us what he was going to do and how and then went to work. You can say a lot of positive things about a competent professional, that he's knowledgeable and kind, but when you combine that with a genuinely good person, you've found someone named Jose at Armor Pest Control. I've had rodent and spider issues in my home for years. I just assumed I had to live with them, since no one could truly resolve my issue beyond 30 days. When Jose arrived, within 10 minutes, he knew exactly how to handle my problem. Jose is the definition of the saying, "There's no substitute for a professional." He eliminated the problem right away, and now, 30 days later, I no longer have spider and mouse issues in my home, and I couldn't be happier! If you're having rodent and/or pest issues, Jose is your man!

Had a bee problem. Ended up being a bigger problem than I thought. He showed up same day . Within hours. So fast. Took care of the problem really quick. Will recommend the service. Fast and professional.

I was told to reach out if I noticed the yellow jackets still in the treated area. 2 days later there were still some buzzing around so I texted to inform José of the problem. He texted me back within minutes to let me know he would be there in an hour. No other questions. 50 minutes later he arrived at my front door and got to work. This is the kind of service you always hope to get. Excellent experience

5 stars all day long. I found a large active bees nest on the side of my house. So I reached out to Armor Pest Control. I talked to the owner and explained my problem. He gave me a quote on the phone and drove right over! He was respectful of my property as he did a thorough walk around to check for other problems. After the work was done, he gave me clear instructions and an explanation of the work he did. 100% would hire again for bee removal.

I have nothing to complain about. José responded immediately to my initial inquiry and allowed me to relay the information with my wife and get back to him. When we were ready for him he offered multiple and soon appointment times. On the day he reached out to offer an early time to deal with my problem. He was there on time, friendly, professional and after 30 minutes he was done and gave me some tips for how to deal with the treated area. As he left he reminded me to call if something didn't seem right and he could come back to deal with it. Excellent service from an excellent professional.
