Greg with Armor Plumbing provided an overall great customer experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and truly determined to get to the root cause of the issue. After dealing with two other plumbing companies that I was out money on who only treated the symptoms, Greg took the time to thoroughly investigate what was really going on. He clearly identified the root cause and is working diligently toward the next steps. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job the right way. I used Armor plumbing recently. The technician was very friendly efficient and did a good job. The issue was with the process. I had a gas leak in a deteriorating pipe. Armor plumbing gave me a quote to replace the gas line. On the day of the job the technician said he did not have much experience with gas and underquoted the job probably by half or $3,000. He said he wanted to try just digging down in the concrete and replacing the piece of pipe that comes out of the ground. I agreed. It worked and in less than two hours he had replaced about a foot of pipe and added a shut-off valve. He then billed me $1,056 for the two hours of work. I asked for a breakdown of labor and materials and Armor would not supply it. I assume the materials were less than $50 so it seems I was billed about $1,000 for two hours of labor. Again the work was good and they were friendly. Just watch out for a bait and switch and make sure you get firm pricing before the job starts as they are more than willing to trade long term business for a quick buck. Hopefully, this is not reflected in the long-term quality of their work.

Omar our technician was professional and advised us of our options. Our water heater had blown itâ s PRV (pressure relief valve) on main water line. Reworked the line on the water heater and installed thermal expansion tank. Replaced temperature and pressure valve on water heater. Cleaned up and check for leaks and proper operation. Without water most of the day, Armour was responsive on our call and trusted to show up and resolve the issues. We would recommend them anytime. Definitely use them again.

Never heard back from them after the initial visit. NIce fellow but never returned.

Armor was absolutely flawless. We hired a handyman first - what a mistake. If you'd like your plumbing issue(s) fixed completely and correctly the FIRST time, use these professionals.

Efficient and timely!

Armor was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and cost effective. We weren’t charged for him to come out to look at what was going on, and we immediately knew he had our best interest in mind. So much so we called again a couple months later about water temperature in our kitchen faucet and he walked us through what to do over the phone! He said he didn’t want to waste our time or his by making an unnecessary visit and charging us unnecessary money. He empowered us to problem solve and we are so appreciative!

It is difficult to find exceptional customer service in todayâ s environment as business push their employees to be more efficient and cost effective. Many times repairmen complete diagnostic troubleshooting and if they canâ t find anytime they move on to the next customer. That was not the case with Austin from Armor Inc. We recently notices a very small amount of water around one of our toilets downstairs. Not sure whether it was an issue or not we decided to call a plumber to come out and check it just to be on the safe side. After some research, my wife decided to call Armor Inc. to schedule a visit. Ms. Emily took the call. She was very pleasant and professional and offered an appointment time later that same day. My wife agreed and scheduled the appointment. About 30 minutes later, Ms. Emily called and said that one of their repairmen had finished a job earlier and wondered if it would be ok for him to come by. What, come by early and exceed my expectation, sure! She said the repairmen would arrive in about 30 minutes. Almost to the minute we see an Armor Inc. vehicle pull into our driveway. A well gloomed, professional looking gentlemen came to the door and introduced himself as Austin. We showed him the toilet in question and another minor repair issue we had and after briefing us on what he was going to do, he got right to work. After about 15 minutes he got with us to discuss his findings and the opinions along with the cost of each. We agreed upon one and he promptly got to work. After completing the repairs he ask if we could test his work to make sure there were no leaks. Everything complete he went on to the next issue and completed that within a very short time. We were so impressed by the speed and professional customer service we received from Armor. Our customer experience start with a â smileâ from Emily. You really can see their smile by the tone in their voice. And it finished with Austin. He was professional, very respective of our home and cleaned up after himself which is something most repairmen and contractors neglect to do now a days. He explained to us what he was doing and provided us updates as he proceeded through the repairs. We would definitely recommend Armor Inc. Plumbing. Thank you Emily and Austin for providing excellent customer service and exceeding our expectations.

Armor responded quickly. They did great work and explained what was happening and why. They also kept things very clean.

Clogged toilet...Yuck! But Austin was here within an hour with a cheerful smile and an "I'll take care of that". And he did in no time. He even cleaned up around the toilet. Superb service. And the call in with Cheyenne (hope I spelled that right) was just as pleasant. I was at ease in no time. I will definitely be calling Armour again.

Omar was patient and persistent. He came back when we found out the main water line had been cut off and stayed when the pressure did not return to find the PRV was bad and needed replaced. He bypassed it because the supply depot was closed but he stuck with it. Awesome job

I've used these guys several times now. They are budget friendly and their customer service is phenomenal.

Hired to replace a dead garbage disposal and two toilet wax rings that were leaking. Prompt, personable and got the job done quickly and very neat and attention to detail. Recommended and would hire again.
