We are very pleased. The cost was more than fair and the people were great to deal with. The work was done quickly and done well. The builder even worked in the pouring rain. They let us know about other maintenance needed, not related to our deck and we appreciate that very much. We recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again if we need more work done.

I had a problem with dry rot under a toilet. Gus and his crew did an outstanding job replacing the toilet, floor in the entire bathroom and floor covering. I also hate to use the phrase but they really did finish "on time and under budget", even working through Saturday to get the job done.

Blass was very thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very professional and when he arrive he went right to work to get the job done. He was very good at thinking on the fly to come up with a solution to keep our dry rot from happening again. We will be calling him back in the spring to take a look at a couple more windows.

He was above and beyond any general contractor I have ever seen. He was on top of it. He would stay on site during the project. He made sure his subs were doing what they were hired to do. I will use him again and again. The work he did as a general for the drywall, he will definitely continue to work for me
