This contractor did not inspect all vital parts of the house. the crawl space was not inspected and that crawl space ended up with leak AFTER the home inspector. This was also for a loan for a home, gave price of home and now finding problems after inspector was done.

Roger was excellent with communicating and confirming times (used text, which was my preference). He arrived on time, and was very professional. Did a thorough inspection, with the exception of the attic. But we had a smaller person with us check it out and report back. He was able to give a summary at the end, plus some good contacts for some of the repairs . Formal report was emailed. We were able to make our decision, and we are fully satisfied with Rogers work and results.

Friendly, nice person. Gave me a great price. Seemed thorough and knowledgeable. Was able to come out next day. Showed up very late and delivered the report later then requested but would definitely recommend him for a buyer who is not in a hurry.

Mr. Roger Roelle was very professional. He was running behind a few minutes yet he called to inform me which I appreciated. He did a complete home inspection from top to bottom. The pictures that he sent were clear and detailed as well as labeled.
