installed fence last summer, gate has been broken and havent been able to get a response. never got any paperwork that was promised.

Good price. Good follow-up. Friendly to deal with. Work was done well and quickly by the crew. Clean-up could have been a bit better (nails and screws left on ground) but Jim responded to this by offeriing to send his crew back to recheck the yard . Overall, a very positive experience. Thanks!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! The sales guy acts like your best friend and then doesn't listen to your specific requests. After installation, we discovered 'fence trash' left behind, the fence was installed in the WRONG place, they installed the wrong hardware and the fencing itself is so loose that my 60 lb lab can push her way right underneath it. IN ADDITION, I felt rushed for the final payment and have made 6 different attempts to rectify the situation. They always promise to come out to fix it but we have not seen anyone and our fence was installed 4 months ago. I repeat - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

still waiting for one post cap after 6 weeks having a hard time reaching them will not return calls.job was not done as planned had to call them back to do it the right way also had to pay extra 650.00 to get the job done said way.

They were very prompt in returining our call and coming to our home. Their price was the lowest received and their installaton quick and thourough. Very pleased with installaton and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the company as a whole. They returned calls promptly, they were quick to do the work and prompt. The fence looks wonderful. I will call them for more fence work in the future.

They did a nice job with the fence. Communication was a little frustrating at times, but overall we are pleased with the installation. Hopefully as time goes on the fence will give us no problems.

They were very professional and helpful during the consultation and really made you feel like they wanted and where working for your business. They were the only ones to bring pictures of jobs the had already done as well as encouraging us to physically see some of the work in the surrounding area and to even knock on a door or two... (This really showed that they are proud of their work, and I'm the same way at work)The actual work was done really fast I went to work and when I came home the work had been completed, and they focused on areas I was concerned with and They did a follow up the next day.

Once the fencing came in, it took only 2 days to install and it looks great! We are very pleased.

I met with Matt was very informative, knowledgeable and courteous. I am still accepting bids for my project so i can't state anything regarding price comparison.

Armstrong installed our wood picket fence in a timely manner and the cost was very affordable.

Be advised that the contract you will sign states payment for entire last 1/3rd in cash at the end of the installation. Prompt service and the installing person did a very good job from what I can see so far. So far so good.

Armstrong was great. We are so happy with our new fence and have received many compliments. Armstrong was professional and fast and their prices were very fair. The only suggestions for improvement we have is that they should have the crews contact the homeowner directly when changes in scheduling occur, in addition to notifying their office/ boss.

Have not had the fence installed yet, waiting for pool to be finished. They were great to work with no pressure to buy and very helpful. Fence will be installed within the next 3-4 weeks. I would recommend them. To friends and family.

Matt is a great person to work with. He is very professional in his appearance and his work ethics as well as the way he handles his business. The crew who came to our home to install our fence were efficient, always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Armstrong Fence Company to everyone!

Good company to work with, worked around my needs

The information that the salesman pitched was inaccurate. The job was completed two weeks after the completion date I was given. The call to schedule the work crew was made 12 hours prior to the job starting - not 3 days as I was told. Communication was and still is completely lacking. There was no call initiated from the company to inform about the delay of the project. The work crew was professional. However, two parts of the fence are coming away from the post. Despite phone calls, this problem is not yet fixed.

This company did a great job. Their prices were fair and they were on schedule and prompt on the work. Great job!

Some boards already coming off - just weren't nailed in securely. Was assured by salesman that, upon changing order to gothic posts - it would be no problem and never heard otherwise. Never got the gothic posts!!!

I was impress with the quality. But my yard was left very unclean. The people were very respectful . There was a huge disconnect between the quote and the actual charge which leaves me extremly unhappy. The quality of the fence is extremly good . I would work with you again but i would be cautious.

Delivered wrong fence. Unable to contact in over a week to fix problem. Worst experence ever with a contractor.
