Bull in a china closet. Drops tools on brand new tub and tightened our drain and cracked it. Did not take responsibility. Had to replace whole thing after project got strung along. Would not use again.

He did a great job and is very reasonable! I will definitely hire him again!!!

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Even though they damaged some personal property while installing a new water heater, I still highly recommend. They did great work and found a replacement for my air compressor that was damage and delivered it to my house. Highly recommended!

These guys were wonderful! They called right away, they could do the job quickly, they came when they said they would, they were polite/professiinal, they cleaned up after themselves, competirively priced, and local. Would definitely use them again.

I should have gone with the first firm rate offered to me by this website. Trying to negotiate was costly (90 dollars more). Lesson learned.

Very efficient and accomodable

Peter came out to fix a leaking bathtub faucet and responded quickly. A week later, the faucet was still leaking and he came out again and replaced the faucet. It is still leaking and was called back a third time. Also asked him to look at and repair 3 toilets having water flow issues. He said he needed to order parts would be back the next week. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard from him. I left him messages and talked with his office who said she would call him and get back to me. I have not heard anything back. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. How hard is it to pick up the phone?

Far and away the best serviceman Iâ ve ever dealt with. Professional, knowledgeable, Reliable, and pleasant. When you combine these attributes to very reasonable pricing, youâ ll never look further. In fact we have used Arno Plumbing twice in the past year and will be scheduling Peter for another project shortly.

Pewter was responsive. He came when we called about a leak, which turned out to be leaking through the tile/grout in our shower. He recommended a tile contractor, and they coordinated to complete the shower. The only concern I had was that we sometimes didn't get calls back from Peter (I think he is very busy). Overall, we were very pleased, and would recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Very professional, poor guy wore his mask in beating sun the whole time like a trooper! Job well done and good suggestions on future installs. Fast and efficient work, great job!!

Peter was super responsive and helpful. He found and installed the water tank we wanted and explained how it worked. He did not rush out even though it was late in the evening. We are very grateful for his work.

We've used Arno Plumbing and heating for all our plumbing issues at our church. If you have a plumbing emergency they'll come the same day! We had a couple of broken and leaky toilets, clogged sink drains, broken faucets and they fixed them all in one day! They did such a good job that Arno Plumbing And Heating has become our go-to company for our plumbing issues. We already called them back again to fix more issues we had. I would highly recommend them.

Spoke to him @ 10:30am on 4/8, by 1 he had already advised of necessary repair & costs, by 1:30 he was done.. and able to look at a few more items needing attention!! He s my go to guy with plumbing/HVAC & septic questions!!

Peter did a great job locating leak in copper pipe and doing the repair with replacement copper. Peter also repaired a leak in whole house water filter. Nice job. Will use again.
