    Not only did I have to call them wondering when they were going to start the job, but it took forever. The communication is awful with this company. After having a problem with the finished job, they were not helpful at all. They promised callbacks time and time again, which never happened. Beware!! Horrible customer service after you sign the contract and the job is done!

    Hired this company to fix roof issues that developed 8 years after 4 Guys and a Roof re-roofed my entire home. Shingles kept working loose in stiff wind and ultimately 4 Guys stopped repairing my roof issues. Called it an "act of God" which they don't cover. Arnold's Home Improvement stepped up and fixed my shingle issues and so far so good. Nice not hearing shingles thumping when it gets windy outside.

    In the summer of 2017, i had Arnolds Home Improvement come out to my residence to repair a slight leak of my balcony roof. The first time they came out to do the work was unsatisfactory because water would still fall on my balcony. Finally they had to basically rebuild my balcony roof. The workers stripped it down to the support beams, rebuilt the top portion and re shingled the roof. New facia and sofit under the roof was installed. It looked good and the work was finally completed. WRONG!!!it is 2019...only 2 years after the rebuild of the roof and I had water pooling in the sofit of my roof. I have to use a broom to push the water to an edge where all the water runs out onto my deck. 2 years after a total rebuild of my balcony roof, I have to pay more money to repair for what should have never happened after I payed to have the repairs done right THE FIRST TIME!!!! I called to have someone come out to take a look at the problem. Someone came out, took a couple pictures (only leaned over the railing). I offered to get my ladder that would reach up to the roof if he needed to take a look of the roof. He declined. Yet they came up with a quote for the repairs without ever getting up on the roof and looking. I finally get a proposal from Arnolds for the repair. I called to set up a time and date to do the work. I NEVER HEARD BACK to this day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The customer service and professional in home improvement are nothing close to being professional. Making a proposal to a "preferred customer" (as they said I was ) and never following up. This is not how you treat customers, returning or new. I finally had to look for another company. After taking pictures, showing me and explaining to me what Arnold's did wrong and what they would do to repair Arnold's work, I decided to go with them. If you are planning on having your roofing work done by Arnold's Home Improvement, slow done and re think. OR at least make sure you at other companies who may able to show you that they care about the public that they work for.

    The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience. They worked around my busy work schedule without any problem. The quality of their work was excellent. I plan on have some other projects around my house done by Arnold s Home Improvement. I am a very satisfied customer.

    Brian and Danny were fantastic and did a great job as did the project manager. The front office personnel and time management however was so lacking that I'm not sure I would use them again. I contracted with them in January and was told that they couldn't start until May, which I agreed to. When May arrived I had to call several times to get a start time but finally got a date of May 22, however when May 22 came and I called to confirm I was told they were a month behind and would call me back with a confirmed time. Of course, what is now becoming a pattern, I received no call back. I called them a week later and was finally given a date of Monday June 25th, over 6 months after originally contracted. However, again no one called me to confirm so I called on Friday June 22 to confirm they would be there on Monday, and was told they would be there between 8:00-10:00 to start. So, I took Monday off to meet with them and no one showed up. I called Arnold's back at noon to find out where they were and was THEN told there was a mistake and they wouldn't be there until Tuesday causing me to take an additional day off. The quality of work was great but I can't deal with their front office again.

    If I could provide a "0" rating for customer service, I would. The installer was very meticulous and did good work but everything else about the service was HORRIBLE!!! The bad experience began shortly after the contract was signed. I was told I could post-date my deposit check. My check was cashed before the date posted on the check and caused an overdraft on my bank account. I wanted the work done in mid-Spring, but I had to call them to place me on the schedule, because I didn't receive a call from them. They didn't arrive on the scheduled date, because they were "behind on other jobs". During the contract negotiations, I was told the job would take 1 day, It took more than 2 weeks which conflicted with my work schedule. I couldn't shower for 2 weeks. Fortunate for me, I have another bathroom with a bathtub and was able to take a bath (we know showers are quicker, though). Needless to say, their project management skills are terrible. Although they have received an A+ rating with the BBB, I give them a rating of D-.
