TJ was unable to get the auger to go down the drain, came up in bathroom sink in opposite room. He said he believed pipes not properly installed. I removed drywall and had licensed plumber inspect, all was fine. This plumber was able to snake line, and remove hair, etc ., that was causing partial blockage. This was a total waste of time and money, would not use your service again.
Response by Arnon Rooter, LLC: I cabled the laundry drain and it sounded like the cable was crossing over into the bathroom sink on other side of the wall. Also when water was running in the bathroom sink I could hear it draining into the laundry drain which should not happen. The home owner told me this was not the original location of the laundry drain. So I recommended to remove the drywall and expose the plumbing so we could see what was done so the cable didn't cause problems to possible improperly installed plumbing. I only charged $50 for trying to open the drain which is less than half of the rate we agreed upon and I was never contacted about any problems.
