John Arnott is just the kind of contractor I had hoped to work with. He really listened and went the extra mile to do a fantastic job. We had high hopes for our project, but his creativity and execution exceeded all that I could have imagined. So great.

Unfortunately I picked Arnott Construction to remodel our bathroom. After receiving a final bill (that did not reflect the assurances John made before the project started), I find myself having to fix the design changes his subcontractors made (without consulting us) and the repair the shody work (leak under the bathtub, crumbling grout everywhere, tiles coming loose, shower fixtures coming off, ....). Oh, ya. Apparently level and plumb construction cost extra.

John Arnott was able to set up a Saturday appointment which was great as I work during the week. He quickly completely one door and determined that the other door did not need to be done. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me on repairs I didn't need. He also insisting on not charging me for my one repair because it was quick and easy. I was very happy with his work.

Mr Arnott was very helpful and did a great job, so much so we have hired him to do some other things as well
