Very professional and efficient service. Super smooth process start to finish! Mikey and Chris did a great job. Mikey explained everything throughly and communicated what was involved in doing the roof tune up. They worked quickly and shared before and after photos of the repairs the they did including the replacement of two shingles that had folded over.

Such a great experience. Preston and Nik were on time, very professional and explained stuff so I could understand it. Both worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, Preston took time to explain to me the work that was completed and concerns he had in a way that I could comprehend. I felt empowered and knowledgeable about the state of my home after they left. So glad I found this company. Great Tune Up deal. The work was well done. They capped, sealed the gutters, inspect the roof and pop some nails back. Because of Covid, I didn't let them inspect the roof, it was done last year. They send me pictures of the before and afterward. I have been using them for years and will continue.

Arocon installed a raised seam (concealed fastener) steel roof on my Baltimore rowhouse, and has also performed a routine check-up on that roof some years later. The team from Arocon communicated clearly and accurately, performed the work at the time and in the manner contractually specified, and was courteous in all its dealings. Warmly recommended.

Arocon expertly installed my new roof 2 years ago and every year I hire them to inspect the roof and gutters, mostly for my peace of mind since I have no issues with the installation of the roof. They are a great company to work with - from Nancy in the office who cheerfully does all the scheduling and follow-up calls, to Eric and Alex who inspect the roof and gutters, repair anything that might need it, clean out the gutters and finally, provide roof-view pictures of before and after.

We have an old Victorian home with a very complicated roof. We had 3 leaks that 4 other roofers couldn't fix. Arocon fixed all the leaks for an affordable rate. The customer service was excellent. Great communication. We wish we had called them first. We plan to replace our roof in a year or two and we are calling Arocon. We highly recommend them.
