I spoke to someone a couple weeks ago about a job I wanted done I was given a quote and told because of the weather I would be contacted when the job could be done. I was called and told that the work would be done at 9 oâ clock on April 13. At 9:15 today I called and left a message nobody is here nobody called me back and I stayed home today to be able to be here to get this done I donâ t think this is a good way to run a business. It is now 945 still no phone call and still no workers here to do the job. When I tried to sen\d an email it was rejected as undeliverable. Talked to them at 1045 was told they were looking for dirt. 1230 no show & no phone call.

They were very nice and explained everything they were going to do. Their estimate was very reasonable. It ended up being the worst experience I ever had with contractors. They did not finish the work until we had to beg, it was sloppy; worst of all, they were exetremely rude when talking with me. The father and son actually yelled at me a few times. I have never been insulted that that before. Beware.
Response by Aronia Landscape, Inc.: Will post pictures of job. Customer left a nasty message on voicemail saying that job was done Horriable. We installed a French Drain, we dug a trench all around the house. We put a 4 inch perforated pipe with stocking and stone in trench. WE left the Dirt a little high becuase the dirt will Settle. She also complained about the sand washing away in patio. In the backyard they have a gutter that hangs over the patio the gutter is OFF the house. When it rains the water goes straight down from gutter and will wash sand out.Customer said french drain worked very well.Over 40 years exp we never had such bad exp with customer
