Aron did a great job. He stripped the tub and put bondo on the bad spots. All of the grout joints were re-grouted due to some having some slight cracks. This all cost a little more but well worth it. I wish he would have come out to look rather than doing a phone quote. The final product, the tub and wall tiles all look fantastic. What a difference in the room. Make sure the house is well ventilated. The product really smells. Overall, it was a great experience. Let's see how it holds up. I would recommend Aron for this job. I would hire him again. Happy to have this done.

The technician was very in-experienced. He didn't have all his materials (the no-skid material for the tub bottom). The quality of the work was poor. You could see spots and uneven textures on the bottom of the tub. The coating appeared to be too thin. Before I paid him (reluctantly), he told me it would look better when it dried. he had another appointment and would return that evening or the next day (5/25/2018) to put another coating on the tub (if needed) and clean up, I believed him. Needless to say he never returned. I called him again he never showed up. On 6/4 I called their office the lady took my complaint and said they'd be there the next day to take care of the situation. Again, a no-show or follow-up call.
