ATR did a fantastic job from estimate to finish. Clear explanation of the steps of the project, showed up early on go day (and worked through a major thunder storm) and wrapped up and cleaned (including the outside work area) all in a day. Couldn’t be more happy with their work.

Dion contacted me immediately, came over promptly to assess the work, and provided me with an estimate. I can't image a more polite and professional fellow. He and his assistant performed the work today, and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. He was extremely neat, communicated with me about all details, and did an absolutely great job. I would recommend him highly.

Dion was courteous and professional. He was quick to respond to texts and phone calls. I rent the property and don't live on site, so it was important to me to have someone who could do the work without me being there, or meeting him, or requiring payment at time of the work, etc. Dion was very accommodating. He gave me an estimate just by looking at pictures, he sent me the contract via email, and I was able to pay by credit card over the phone. On top of all that, he came in at a lower cost than 4 out of 5 estimates I received. Only one contractor came in lower, but would not accommodate me in all the ways I mention above. My tenants are happy with the new floor. Their only gripe was that they mention the cleanup performed by the contractor was minimal, so knocked a star off for that. but overall highly recommend.

They were quick and kept to the budget. They did a great job.

Mr. Kilgoe was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, courteous and very professional in addressing my shower tile situation. His work was excellent, very reasonably prced and I will definitely be calling on him in the future for other repairs/installations.

Dion Kilgoe was very cheap, but the positives end there. Didn't have the tools to do the job cleanly and properly. Communicated poorly regarding the progress of the project and the choices he was making. Took twice as long to finish the job as estimated. Did not take care protecting our floors, and complained when I asked him if he was going to clean up after himself. Poor attention to detail and planning. Finished drywall installed incorrectly (ceiling sagged noticeably) had multiple noticeable imperfections, which I ended up fixing myself. Boxes he built over our basement ceiling pipes were so bad that we ended up tearing them down.

Mr. Kilgore has done an excellent job painting our home. He listened attentively to our needs and addressed them accordingly. He strives for perfection and this is shown in the excellent job he has done so far. In fact, we hired Mr. Kilgore to do more, as are so pleased with the outcome thus far. I will be recommending him to others who are in need of remodeling. I wish him further success. A job well done!
