I can't recommend Paul highly enough. This is the second time I have hired him and he has fixed gates in my fence, repaired decking, weatherstripped various doors, and basically any odds and ends around the house. He is conscientious and reasonably priced. Best of all he has integrity and cares about his work. No shortcuts. I like that!

Paul did a great job, multi talented, he does it all! Sheetrock finish, painting, molding, design skills as well.

Paul explained everything that he said should be done in order to complete the job requested, and sent a quote as such. He did everything he said he was going to do in a timely manner, and even went beyond. He painted the project with priimer he provided. He said he would come back and apply caulking the next day, which he did. I am very please with the way the project came out.

Paul from Around the House called me within a few minutes of getting off the phone with ServiceMagic. He was courteous and since was seeing a customer in the neighborhood he arranged to come by later the same day. He rehung my pocket doors which involved taking off existing moulding and snaking into the recesses of the wall to retrieve and then reposition the sliding brackets. Work took about an hour, he was efficient, and knowledgeable, and charged fairly. It was not about the money with him, it was about getting new satisfied clients. He has one with me. I've asked him for estimates on several other projects.
